I order sunglasses which has 108 rs with delivery charges. Item come yesterday at 12 'o' clock. We open the pack so they are wrong piece or very bad quality piece. At evening we see status they show item shipped but not delivered. So we do cancell item and the end they show processing failed and my 108 rs will pending and they show pending refund. paytm order no.2769355237. I was paid my PGVCL Bill of 700 rupees on 17/2/2017 and money cut in my bank account also but till i have not received message from PGVCL. so please refund my money 700 rupees as soon as possible.

At first i had added rs 4500 and 4997 in my paytm wallet on 4/3/17. And I had paid rs.4000 and then rs.5000 to an axis bank account of siliguri A/C no 035010200012759(transaction ref no. 706309205451, 706310233614) But it was not submitted I think as when I updated my bank@ pass book the rupees was credited by paytm,not by axis bank.
