Dear sir/madam,
My no. is 7895547021. Of late I am not able to use 3g on my device even after recharging it with 3g data plan. This problem has persisted for a month now. Kindly note that I was using same sim, handset before and was happy with the service. Right now I am able to use only 2g. Please suggest apt solution asap.

I have strolling from last 25 days to miss call alert service. I have tried *321*800* messages comes service activated but my service is not activated. I have call customer care but not received any solutions. as on date my miss call service not activated , when I call cc every time they forward to expert team. but from last 25 days I call again & again same reply comes your service start with in 72 hr. I very dissatisfied with your cc response , I am very disappoint with your cc response & please look your service quality & behavior , how to discusses with customer.

I am staying in pgimer, sector 12, chandigarh. i m having 5gb data 3G/4G balance in my sim. even though im staying in centre of chandigarh. i m not getting even 2G speed also. this is very disgusting/Irritating. Planning to change my network for other network. 8500071077

I have active 549 plan and the airtel person ask me the you will get discount of rs. 500 in this but now I talked to customer care he is asking that there is no discount on your no. Please clear the condition. this is second time. first is regarding hello tune. clear the condition other wise I m going to port out.

I have bundled my 3 postpaid numbers with my landline number but your system is nt accepting it. it is again n again asking fr sms...which i hv already sent many times. kindly look into d matter.

They are offering if u will port ur videocon no in airtel get 6GB data free but they did'nt give the offer.

Hi, I am airtel customer for more than 10 year. You People sent me a wrong offer msg for Rs.45 140MB for 28 Days but when i recharge it valid for 4 days only. So please don't send me such a message hereafter. Feeling bad about this. My Number: 8870686070.

Dear sir I received a sms I.e in 149 = free airtel calls and 14 GB data. But when I recharged my no. I get only free AtoA calls and 50 mb data. I have call to customer care on 22 at night but I don't received my data at now. kindly request to u look the matter...Thanks.

Instead a person sravan kumar called up and said nothing doing there is no freebees available he said. As I am not interested in your freebees DISCONNECT MY SERVICES AND RELIEVE ME AFTER CALCULATION the non working days of the services from 8th FEB 2017 to 17 Feb 2017.

Hello sir I am using airtel for past 5 month. suddenly ur line is I payed my bill and ask they telling me u r line is disconnected with out my knowledge and no phone calls and mail. how it's possible that was my office number past 13 days. I ask for reactivate that line now onwards I am not got my line I am complaint daily one a day but calls coming my line not came what is this.....? last month I was send request port out from airtel after that 1 call getting from airtel & ask me stop port out & given me offer free 2GB 3G/4G data on my postpaid plan.in last month bill added extra 250rs for this data,after call customer care remove 250rs from bill. now from 3 days my internet off in system & told me reason ur internet max use & pay 3501rs than ur internet will start. actually my current month 1.6GB data remaining so how high internet use & 3501 charges.

I have face many problem form last 3 days because no internet connection,I will go in Grahak manch now.

Dear Sir/madam I am using broadband wireless WiFi connection on monthly rental. but 2/3/2017 connection is not coming properly 15 to 20 days but you are generating the bill is monthly bill so I am not using full month WiFi connection. why u r given full month bill, please only using data bill u r generate please. thank you.
