Myself ankit i give my mobile phone redmi note 2 (16gb) on date 05/08/2016 in the battery issue, speaker issue etc. They tell me that they give me mobile phone in 4 days surely then i give them phone by big risk that 4 days so much i request them give me back same day because that was my office phone so so important. But till today 04/09/2016 my phone was not given. when i go to their store they tell me that give me back in 4 days i go their 5 times but they tell me same thing in just 4 days. so kindly give me my phone very quickly, as quick as possible. plz sir its urgent, kindly solve my issue.

i was using red mi note 3. it was working good before 3 months but now a problem of motherboard issue.and service centre telling me that we will provide your phone after 25 days but its not a accurate time. the service centere not working proper and lots of time consuming. very poor service of red mi.the service centre of mi is model town ludhiana punjab 141001. so i request to you please dont purchase red mi phone because person faceing many problems and mi dont provide parts to service centere. mob no +918528487168 from ludhiana dated- 14-09-2016

My handset got scratches when it fallen down.I need to replace or exchange. what can I do for my dispute. please help me by your reply as soon u can. touch isn't have any complaint but the screen smashed of from one side including screen cover.

My redmi note 3 was not working, phone switched off automatically, within 2 months i purchased it, it is in warranty. i submitted the phone on service centre of park street on 17/aug/16......from then i didnt got my phone back. worst after sale service ever came acrossed. i wonder will i get my phone back or not.. totaly loss of money.

I suffering from problem in gallery. why because means automatically deleted the photos in gallery from Facebook, whatsapp.?? Plz solve my problem.

As there is no service centres in manipur of xiaomi i would like to open up a service centre here in manipur. so could you please tell me whats the procedure and to whom i should consult for it as i am ready to invest on this. please do reply me as soon as possible.

Kindly don't buy any xiaomi phone because not quality very cheap performance I buy Redmi note3. 5 days use better after get problem board complaint. I contact to Mi service center they not give new phone they says repair phone after give me. they change board 2 week after return to me. I use age one week after again. There was touch complaint again I contact to service center they not responsible to behave me they say change display must no other way actually. I buy phone not use better full time in service center my request don't cheat. kindly don't buy xiaomi phone I have experience (u have any doubt call me (+919895252242)

I wanted my mobile to be serviced since my screen got damaged during an accident. I have been directed to oneassist by Xiaomi people to take things further. I have given the mobile to one assist team, producing all my documents online and also to the executive who came to collect my mobile.

They promised that they will return my mobile in 15 - 20 days. I received a call from Xiaomi center on Dec 8th, saying that my mobile has been serviced and ready for delivery and asked me to collect the same in the Xiaomi center. But the Xiaomi center says that the device will be delivered through one assist team.
Its been 12 days since then,i haven't received my mobile yet.

When i tried reaching one assist team, They said that it is a process that they need to follow to deliver the device. I completely value and respect your business process, but does it take more than 12 days just to deliver the device which is ready? Wow..

I have received the calls thrice from Xiaomi india so far saying my device is ready for delivery, but the same story continues with the one assist team and the Xiaomi center. One assist team repeats a statement saying that my device is due for delivery by 20th Dec, so i will get the mobile on 23rd Dec, this process is very new from any business process that i dealt with.

Questions:
1.When you are taking 1 whole month time to complete the process, Why you are promising that you will deliver the mobile within 15 - 20 working days?.
2. Why you are driving your customer to and fro with false communication?
3. When there is lag in process between Xiaomi and oneassist, why should a customer suffer?

If i know this would happen, i wouldn't have bought this mobile.

Hi xiaomi,

I have purchased mi4i mobile from flipkart on June 15. it was running good for 8 months but after that i started facing problems with display is not open. Intially service centre rajnagar informed they unable to load software. But they inform that they dont have approval to work L3 at our service centre so we may change new motherboard.I am very surprised that world big famous company dont have repair facility except replace the parts. Even started i have recommended two friend for buying xiaomi phone.But Now I feel that loosing faith in xyomi phone. Now they today returned my mobile and I am without mobile from last months. I have visited your service centre 3-4 times but not get proper response and resolution of my problem and now they are say that motherboard will be replaced. they are not showing any seriousness towards the solution of my problem.

So i would be very grateful to if you look into this matter and replace my phone with a new one or give approval to replace motherboard if not possible to repair it free of cost.

I have purchased the Redmi 3S Prime (Dark Grey, 32 GB) phone on 16th Nov'16. However since then am facing problem of phone getting hanged and taken it up with the customer care. At that time problem was resolved for the time being however recently for the past few days, it is getting hanged frequently and not even getting reboot timely.

I am faizal, I am purchase a new phone redmi note 4 64 gb from flipkart. A few days i am facing a issue of battery charging. Battery charging 70 and above the phone is not charging... but the phone restart or replugging the phone is fastly charging, Why..? Any updation problem....? The phone is working a new updation of 8.2.4.0 version. Please check my issue and a good reply.

My phone is not charging. Notification light shows that it is being charged but the battery remains the same. Plz give any suggestion to overcome this problem.

I ordered mobile on 4JAN2017 Redme3S prime from ebay and all of sudden it get switched off on 15th may 2017. i thouht it was may be discharged , then i tried to charge it still it was not getting switch on. Then i went to customer care in viman nagar, i told them i purchased on 4 Jan 17 it should be in warranty. they told me they are not providing services to EBAY. They charged me rs 115 to check it , the they told me motherboard is not ok. How new phone is having motherboard. Why you guys not tested it properly and delivering customer to such defected phone.

After spending 10500, phone worked for 4 months only. I took this phone for long lasting battery. But it was worse than others. When i purchased it, why ebay not mentioned anywhere, since starting it is not in warranty period.

Replacing mother board cost is RS 6067 , after spending 10500 just after 4 month i will pay repairing charge 6000. How disgusting, this is cheating to customer. Please return it or repair it. I am not going to tolerate this.

Actually I am very worried because of some issues in my phone. then am reached mi service center but they want mi account password but i forgot the password and when this thing from them they says that they can't do nothing. so am requesting to you plz help me as soon as possible as per your service quality.

I purchased Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 on 28.06.2016 after one year i.e. 30.06.2017 sim card mobile network not taking any signal. Is this inbuilt problem that after 1 year the mobile network will stop working. Same thing happened to me with samsung earlier so I stopped buying samsung phones. I will never buy Xiomi mobile if I need to pay any extra in future after i year.

I purchase mi 3s prime bt I have no online bill this time because i purchase my phone in a shop and I have shop bill. And my phone is under warranty. i have some problem in my phone, so I went to mi service centre in Moradabad madhubani Chowk. They are not accepted my phone and saying for online bill. I have no online bill. In this condition what I do. Pls solve my problem give me a suggestion.

After sales service it's not good. no customer support.. worst service no warranty given by xiaomi. dont purchase any phone (do not trust on china product).
