Reliance jio offer of free internet or 3 months is not true. I have taken a new sim a week ago, the data pack worked nicely till yesterday. Since then i am unable to connect to the net. So beware... if you are getting the sim free you should take it other wise dont waste money on it. Request just I want to inform you that last two days my jio no incoming and outgoing is not working, network showing properly data networking very smoothly but call regarding its not working...... My internet speed is very slow, call dropping in 5 min net speed is less than 100 kbps, resolve it. Your customer care is not responding. They said only it will resolve but many days over yet not resolved, my jio no 88025019919.. not solve my problem then deactivate my sim card... ok jio team. I am not happy.

One of the unsatisfactory 4G services provided in india. though the company is giving free data instead of that you take money but atleast give a better service. from the day of my activation of jio card i am getting the speed upto 40 kbps in your 4G service.

I am using jio for last one month. It was working fine. Today I uninstalled the Jio voice app and tried to call another phone, but it didnt worked. Afterwards I installed the voice app again and then tried calling but now its not working and I am unable to use the calling feature.it didn't configure the sim in my device. I got jio sim bat the sim is not working properly as per company condition rule , internet is very slow, SMS can't send, and call also not going.. And the jiotv app, and another jio app can't working, please solve my queries, Please solve my problem.

A jio tower was installed in Naidkhai area of District t Bandipora in Jammu and Kashmir in May 2016. Its 2017 now and the tower unfortunately still needs to be made operational.

I request you that I had got my Jio since 13 December but it had not been activate and the main problem is that there is no network bar. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Not network available in my working place town there is my clinic my working time is 8am to 5 pm so I can't use jio. please solve my problem, My working place add Village para tehsil and distic jhabua m. P pin 457661.
