When I opened the channel they are asking to connect with Jio sim but I have connected with Jio internet? Why is it coming like that?

Unable to make call to any number. On making call a msg flashed from:2 days. jio no 7972818294

Since about 72 hours is going to complete that I have put jio sim in my 4G mobile but still now network is not appearing.......why?

I am sending this mail on above subject after feeling harassed and cheated for quite some time from your end. On 09th Nov, 2016, after your salesman at a Reliance shop, made me believe, I purchased a new Jio5 (Router) connection for Rs 2000/-. It was promised that I will be getting unlimited use welcome offer until 31/12/2016 as also being advertised by you on various media.

However, till date the welcome offer has not been activated. I have spoken to your Customer care Executives on more than 5 occasions who only made false assurances that it will be resolved soon. The reference Mobile no of my Jio5 connection is 9923978633.The reference number of my last talk with your customer care executive is SR000003D5VU and his name is Mr Junaid.

It is requested that activation of Welcome offer be made immediately as I have waited enough with patience for last 6 days. If activation doesn't take place by today, I will be forced to seek justice from law enforcement agencies of the Govt of India. Hoping for quick action.

Jio net is very slowly, it is barely usable. If this is a 4G speed offered by Jio, a 3g network is much better.
