Experience Airtel with 7 year
Airtel is good company and services also good but now services not good and every time deduct any hidden charges. my account and customer care not resolves my problem they are told me that server issue and other excuse and not provided solution. Kindly improve your services.

I have been using this Airtel mobile number (9940014925)for the past 10 years and this is the registered mobile my DTH, landline, and broadband services. I switched my mobile service from POSTPAID TO PREPAID on December 20, 2016, paying the outstanding bill amount of 331.00 at Airtel Showroom, 1 Bharatiyar Street, Vivekananda Nagar, Kodungaiyur, Chennai-600039, as of now my number has not been activated, customer care informing me DETAILS NOT UPDATED and to contact showroom and showroom they are saying DETAILS UPDATED. Please look in to this as soon as possible.
Missing credits and non reply to queries
I am having a new connection of broad band Hotspot with Mobile No9746111819 and a/c No1335165817. When the first bill for Rs 695 came I paid Rs 700 through PayTM on 16/12/2016. My Bank a/c is debited with Txn Id No635103897187 dated16/12/2016 of dhanlaxmi Bank. No intimation from Airtel received so far instead new bill of Rs1773 has come. kindly verify and credit the amount without any further delay. Anticipating an immediate response and reply to show you really care for your customers.

Objections are against outstanding which was not due to me as I am regularly making payments in due dates 7th to9thof every months without fail. Since I am not getting physical bill for the last 5 years. When I started my tariff was rs449 then 549 then 649 till aug from SEP 16 plan was enhanced to 799 lastly my payment Dec 16 not been shown of Rs 720 in my account made through my dibet card sbi on 7/12/16 candly charges raised towards outstanding Kindly wave off and tell me know the exact principal amount if any pending. Complain for not getting benefit of rcg295
On 03/01/2017 evening after calling to certsin number I get the bill. In the bill it was written that rcg with 295 ang get unlimitef local calls and 1GB 3G data for 28 days. Accordingly i recharged with 295. But did not get the benefit. I have screen shot of that msg. I want my benefit omni my phone number. Or I and my whole family will stop using airtel.

Week signal at my residence
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to update you that I have been facing week signal problem at my residence and not able to use data services at all. I made several compliant about this issue and technical visit also has been done by your representative and found the same problem. Neither the issue resolved nor I heard from your company about the solution or action.
This is really frustrating that follow up is only from my side and it seems that your company is least bother about the issue. Need to have status of my complain and estimated time to resolve this.

Recharge of airtel mobile amount is 269 for 4gb data on date 23-12-2016. The recharge was successful but one problm is there in my mobile 4g data was not open. so many times I was call customer care. I had talk to supervisor so many times but problem not solved yet. I am very much disappointed about call center persons and supervisor. Poor service from airtel service.

Unreasonable Airtel bill
Hello Airtel,
Normally, my Airtel bill for no:9867722571 per month remains around rs.500. However, this month it came Rs. 3324.97 . I went to my nearest Airtel gallery they told me I have been charged for rs. 2600 for internet. Though I have not used net for a single time. Last month was I was charged around rs. 3600, I paid it, by thinking might have mistakenly used internet.
Please help me earliest or allow me to discontinue with this airtel Sim card.

Credit limit
Hi guys, my postpaid number is 9930009900 I want to purchase things from Google Play and I can't do that , Now I have got a credit limit of 14600 that means I can purchase things within the limit given but whenever I exceed Rs.1000 mark it gives me a message saying that "you have exceeded your transaction limit. kindly speak to your service provider". why is that happening.
