I had order this phone before 5 month by amazon. I am facing network issue, it is mostly not available in both sim. After reboot or power off the device it takes 10 to 15 min for having network. sometimes i have to remove sim card 2 or 3 times for getting network, sometime when i on the data connection. So network not works mostly without do anything network service are not work. Plz gave me the solution. I am not able not come to service center in Jaipur. Answer me by mail as soon as possible.

I want to know what is my phone starting date I mean which day .on what's date it's My time number 863408031551840. Please replay me fast i am waiting for your reply.

Plzz tell me shall i get my mobile redmi note 3 which i given to repair without inspection sheet they gave me. I gave my mobile one month ago at dadar service center still they r not contacting me. what shall i do i submitted my earphones for repair two months ago still they are saying wait. if now my problem will not solved i will go to consumer court and i will file complaint against xiaomi mi. i want my phone and earphones or i will file a complaint.

I have purchased Xiaomi Mi prime 3S against order no #5161125230520156 has shipped on Nov 25 via Blue dart AWB no69529509534.

This is very regret to inform you that your product quality of MI prime 3S is worst that I have ever experienced .

I am facing below problem .
1- Screen flashing continually black & white
2- Phone getting slow
3- Phone screen become black after battery getting hot
4- Battery power consuming more than it required

I am facing such problem within a week then why should we purchase your phone ? we are purchasing your phone by considering long life but…… I want replacement immediately.

Red mi note 3 32 Gb RAM or 3 Gb Rom finger print phone is the badest phone in the world. This is the worst phone and I have to suggest u plzz dont take this piece. this phone has a lots of hanging problem. So plz guys dont buy this phone.

I'm using note 3 for last 6 months and never face any problem but recently when I updated miui 8.0 to 8.1.1.0, strangely phone is showing 3G network in SIM slot1/2 while I'm using Jio 4G in another SIM slot and this happens at a same time usually when we switch to 3G or 4G in any of the SIM slot automatically another slot sets to 2G.But in my case it is showing 4G in sim1and 3G in sim2.Also network is not stable and drains battery too fast,after full charge now I'm getting only 4 hours of screen on time .

The xiaomi company being the third largest in the world and now has a vast market in India from a couple of years. People in kashmir are also attracted to the products of mi to a large extent. But your products are not delivered to any location in kashmir. People have to suffer in get thing their orders placed to jammu and then face problems in receiving those orders by themselves, relative, friends etc.

Although most of the people want to use mi phones but because of this difficulty they prefer others.. So if the company delivers orders to kashmir it may increase its market to higher levels and I think the number of mi products in kashmir can be more than any other state in India.

I have purchase mi 3s prime 3days before.Camera is not working properly I am getting an error like "Unfortunately camera has stopped". kindly help me out to find the solution.

I love xiaomi brand and my mi account is 159403380 and lots of people use mi phones my family and my friends use mi phones. bt there is no service centre in pathankot and have many problems under the area of pathankot.

Unfortunately I'm lost my mobile data. I updated ur new latest version yesterday night after rebooting take on process n again rebooting auto after that I hv a option reset the phone no more options there. after reset the my data has been lost all data even contact also. please do something that was my last copy no copy I have data it is very important for me plss admin do something who my data had been recovered.

I visit many time for my mobile redmi 3s. But customer care did not attend customer. is this type of customer care... how bad. This customer care is in Gurgoan sector 14, parsvanath Acadia, ground floor. Gurgaon.

I bought my note 3 last month, and my charger was going very hot when connect to device for charging. I give it to device centre in siliguri, west Bengal. They replace the charger, but no improvement in the adopter. What will I do? Plz reply me soon.

I bought a redmi 3s prime in September. This phone suddenly about 2months later showing problem in charging. It just show 0% charge when connect to charger and didnt get charged. then i sent it to jaipur tonk road xiaomi service center. they changed whole motherbaord of my phone n after this phone's screen showing whiteness like whitish screen. Now Center refusing to repair it proper way. wht will i do?

I have just received the product. Just don't buy Mi VR Play as there no strap included even there is also no strap holder. Hence always U have hold this sheet on ur hand which very pathetic.
