Dear sir,
We are your more than 5 year old customer. Our previous fixed line no. was 120-4159197 in the name of my son Mr Akash Gupta. In the month July 16 we had to go out for an undecided period so I got the services disconnected. On our arrival, I got the Broad Band and fixed line services connected on 11-12-16. New no. is 1204210499. Now we are going out for a period of about 3 months, so please put on hold our both services in safe custody from 9th December 16 to 3rd March 2017.

Respected sir, I have bought airtel connection MOB NO 8600259148 on 15 September 2016 in Ganesh chaturthi festive offer from DARSHAN ENTERPRISES NASHIK. The sales persons name is Mr HARSHAL and his contact no is 7757080777. I have paid Rs 3996 as per my plan on the very day I confirmed my connection and I have also paid TAX Amount on the very day when he installed the device. Each and every day I am receiving massage from the company about due payment of my TAX. I have been informing HARSHAL about the massage. He excepts and agrees that I have paid the Amount of TAX.

I don't understand what the problem is. Therefore I request you to please see into the matter.

I want to use my airtel app in my handset, but when i open the play store to download my airtel app. the app shows "your device is not compatible with this version". please remove this problem so I can use my airtel app. my device :- Sony Xperia st23i.

My using airtel fixedline broadband bills are not proper my landline number 04442115796. Airtel send bills first 2615rs and now they are sending 4000. tell me reason if send correct amount that time only i will pay bill or cut my line.

Please be informed that we have paid an amount of Rs2902/- vied check No. 651493 on 15/11/2016 against our landline No. 080-41668448. In spite of this our landline has been disconnected and no incoming or out going calls are available.

On inquiry at your Airtel office opposite Brigade Millennium Apartments, Puttenhalli, we were given to understand that the check given by us has not been signed. Your people have refused to return the check too. In this respect we would like to see an scanned copy / image of the check submitted by us to rectify if really required.

We would appreciate a speedy reply on this as we have been put to a lot on inconvenience in spite of promptly paying the amount.

We have 7 connection in Corporate Plane, frequently use 4 connection below area Sainik School Amaravathi Nager Udumelpet,Tirupur Distic. Tower Totally problem, We many remainder given to your airtel store @ Coimbatore & Throw phone also. pl take necessary action above complaint.

I am connected with Airtel broadband. My landline number is 01804000949 which is updated on Puran Chand's name apparently. This Broadband is set up at 19 Sukhdev Nagar Opposite Bus stand Panipat post code 132103. I would like to change our broadband from ADSL to VDSL. Can you please check the availability in our Suburb whether we can switch into VDSL or not. I will be really thankful to you.

My Broad band Connection No is 9746111819 Bill amount intimated was Rs696.56 .On 16/12/2016 Rs700/= is paid in PAYTM and my A/c is also debited with this amount. The Transaction number is 635103897187 in Dhanalaxmi Bank. So far I never got a confirmation from Airtel. But overdue Reminders continually. kindly verify and credit the amount early.

Since past 3 months i am using the internet from airtel dongle but around 5 times i have visited to our maruthalli outlet for the connectivity problem just they are changing the simcard, dongle set but they are not able to trace the problem. since from november i am unable to connect to the internet, my work is only on internet without this it is very difficult to work. very very poor service , i have approached to exchange the dongle set to hotspot but the outlet service center refused to that also. please disconnect this mobile number 9741708539.

As i recharge my mobile no on 6th of december with Rs 299 . As per offer company offer me unlimited calling and 6 gb 3g/4g data. But i got only 2 gb for which i call on 198 complaint helpline on 22nd december and executive told me that she is marking a complaint but no complaint has been mark. Again i call on customer care on 23rd december someone mark my complaint and provide me the complaint no . No resolution till date . Poor service. I want to port my no.

Hi, I recharged 5 days back rs.198 and usually get 32500 sec ( local, std and landline ) for 28 days but this time it's just for 4 days package... I put down my application to port and Airtel customer care called me and asked me to stay back telling he has put down a mail to give me extended validity for 28 days as usual. The person asked me to call the customer care and inform but I am unable... So kindly extend the validity and update me.

When i port my no from bsnl to airtel your company offers me free 500 mb 2g data per month for three months....but on 22 december 1 months free data offer ends and i got the next months free data offer only from 24 dec in delayed condition and for the 23 decembers data usage my 29 RS balance has been deducted...It's your fault to have a delayed situation while you must give me the free data offer on the very next moment when your offer for one months end in 22 you should activate it on 23...But you are delayed....So I lost 29 RS balance... Please check and refund my account balance for your fault.

My current plan is 199 per month and I can't afford that so I want to change that into 99 per month.... So if you will change that it will be your most kindness over me...Thanks. Myself::owais.

I have sent request for the cancellation of my airtel fixedline by 15 sep for the reason slow speed broadband.Last month a call from ur airtel office the person who asking me change a modem new Huwai and you get 40 mbps speed. Still i received only 0.5mbps only. pls increase the net speed as ur promise.
