Kindly be cautious while buying from Flipkart under name of sale as they are delivering 2nd hand product and latter on after asking for replacement, same has been denied for reason stock not available , while same has been available online from same seller. Very embarrassing and helpless position.

I have paid the above mentioned amounts as i have received a message that the payment not received after that i have made payment second time. But to my surprise both amounts were credited to my card acc as per card statement. On my conversation with your customer care officials i was told that the same will be adjusted in next statement. But to my surprise the same was not done and amount not adjusted. kindly look into the matter immediately.

I had ordered a mobile and get door step in 30th September. Then I found the mobile takes more time to charge from 10% to 100% almost 4 hours. So I go for replacement on 2nd October. After few days when I contact customer care executive, she told me "sell refused to accept it replacement so we give refund and asked my Bank account details... I had given then she told me there should be technical visit before pickup. Yesterday (07-10-2016) visit had been done. The visit Engineer had accept my problem but his executive had refused to accept, he saying to his visit Engineer "this is not a problem plz educate the customer". Bcz of these word I got angry and contact customer care executive he is a nice person when I ask about my refund he tells me that " Sir there is no update from TECH VISIT, after the visit only we can solve ur problem ". I think TECH VISIT is finished at 4:15 PM I called customer executive at 6:00 PM.. So I got angry again I harsh with him. Then at 7:00 pm there is a message that "Ur REFUND is confirmed".. Then I felt ASHAMED of my activities.. I realise that I had done wrong. Now I dont need replacement or refund. So I want to ask apology to that particular person. When I contact to customer care it saying " All executives are busy try after sometimes ".. From 07-10-2016 8:00 pm from till morning. I hope u understand my worries and contact to that person.. I have got my LG TV Order no. OD107223303132075000.on 7th October and I was told that the engineer will on the very next day for installation and demo but till now no one has come to install it or for the demo. Its a request to flipkart to please send your engineer for installation and demo as soon as possible for our comfort.

I want know, where is the service centre of lugano watch in my area.

I had purchased the moto g from flipkart which is not working from last 6 months after the multiple followup and complaint, issue not resolve. After the warranty you will not accept as well as company will also not repair the product. I had purchase the mobile (Rs 12999) before one year but few months back mobile is not working. we have already contacted mobile company as well as personal visit with service center, but they are denying to repair. so please confirm why are u selling this kind of product which can't work at least 3 to 4 years. but they are not accepting and deny. so please confirm what we need to do in this.

my brother and also my friend is purchasing the phone as well as other product from your site only. so we will inform him and other people to please stop buying the product from this site as this will not care the feeling of customer. sell only product not customer experience.

I Have ordered men's vest (sayit loud men's vest G4SHIELDBLACK) in big billion day sale.When i got ths package i found it very dirty also the vest shield colour was yellowish instead of white. when i try to return this product there was no option of return. kindly replace this product or refund the money as early as possible.

I bought Redmi 3s in offer at 5800 but the next day i found the screen was damaged from the corner. Now flipkart dont want to replace it, only return it. In that case i would have to pay 7000 for the product which i bought for 5800, i would have to pay 1200 more for flipkart mistake. Thats not good, place an option of replacement too, if the product is damaged.

I have ordered mi max 32 gb silver. Today i received message that my order has been cancelled. They had called me once for confirmation of my address i told them my whole address with a landmark for help and now when i asked them reason for my order cancellation they said you didn't provide any correct address. so their delivery boy can't delivered it to me. I had asked them for "ki bhai tm mt aao me hi ajaunga apke pass Mobile lene". What i want to tell u Flipkart is give me my delivery or otherwise i am going to consumer forum.

Flipkart is harrasing the customers by giving exchange offer and during pick-up they are rejecting the old handsets by saying minor lining on display. We are using the same old phone for more than five years and just at the replacement cost of Rs.700/- they are demanding the old sets as new. I have paid the complete amount 10 days back at credit interest rate of 14% and after 10 days they are making me feel as beggar by cancellation of order.

Flipkart is fraud company and I request all the customers to never purchase anything from Flipkart.

Customer care service is very poor and has no immediate decisions just acting as show-pieces.

Please don't be part of fraud company. I was regular customer and never use exchange offer but first time I used exchange offer and I am very much puzzled and situation like beggar. I request Flipkart team to cancel all my order number OD407262829664731002, OD407262829664731001, OD407262829664731004.

I ordered one bean bag through flipkart but when I removed the packing, got totally different product then an original. When I spoke to customer care, they gave 2 options like return or refund. They are not ready to listen my concern and when i said did you check at the time of packing the statement given by them was we are not responsible for packing and all, it is done by seller only. It's seller mistake, we can only return/ refund. I wanna ask one thing when you guys are not responsible then why should we trust on you, we can directly go to the shopkeeper to buy items.

They simply denied their responsibility. If it is then we also don't this type of shit service. I can see the day when people will stop believing on flipkart.
