We would like to inform you that I have received toner 2 nos (Rs. 1396/-) but I had ordered the Prodot 12A compatible cartridge for laser printer black then received item and order item is do not match. Your company assure to public your company is good & sale right product but in this case I suffered the my received items on today (05.09.2016).

Hence, tel to me how to return this order and give to me my ordered items. We would once again request your good self kindly look into the matter and arrange to return of all the this order at the earliest. Awaiting for your must valuable response in favour to me at the earliest.

I bought a Maxx power saver and it claimed that it saves 40% on bills but it not even saved 0.4%. It is a fake item, do not buy it. It is a product to be thrown on the street.

I have been harassed with the delivery of the item detail Shipment Tracking ID: 596332977104. It has been lying with the courier for last many days a when gone in person to collect they don't give the item as well. Although I got a mail telling that the item will be delivered but it has not been done. I think this apps does NOT get the courier updated of the status. Please check and resolve my issue.

On Dtd 19th I had placed order for bra & panty set Order No 5068 4540 7130 1730 00. Details as under .
Brand - Bodyline
Fabric - Polyamide Spandex & Lace
Pattern - Self design
Colour - Purple
Size - 36B
Qty - 1set

Against this order I received items on 25th Aug which were not as specified in order, it was of brand - HOBBY and color was also different. I informed customer care on 26th Aug. The replacement was arranged & received same on 4th .The wrong item was collected by delivery boy. When I opened the box I was surprised to see that again the item was not as per ordered . It was of brand - HOBBY & color is also different.

I again informed to customer care, but action plan is not communicated to me.

I think this has been done by Flipkart deliberately to fool the people or the company do not have the system to ensure that the ordered item is delivered to customer.

I have purchased a mobile Swipe elite plus when we put SIM in the phone no network is showing and showing error earlier I have applied for replace but there is no response of our request again I have applied for replacing of mobile, so kindly refund my money or replace the mobile. I am near about 3 years old customer and flipkart first time cheat me. Send me a wrong product, i have selected (Renon Corporate Style & Partywear Formal Shoes Slip On) and you send me like as footpath Shoes. If you will not take any action regarding this so will go to Consumer Forum and everything i will over the social media that now Flipkart cheating to customer.

Few lines for your kind notice. We booked the item with order OD506982491045380000. your courier boy is not deliver item to the destination addresses,he simply returned the item. we are residing Public Sector Under taking township (Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation) it is 10 km away from Muthukuru (Mandal) - 524344, Nellore (Dt), AP.This town ship having around 500 no's quarters and having DTDC courier service. So i requested that please change your courier service to DTDC from other services and at least deliver this order (OD506982491045380001) to destination addresses.

On aughust 20th i ordered the novex bags its worth was 799rs. When i got the novex bags on 22nd aughust i am shocked that the bag was damaged. I need my refund amount for the bags. I complaint to the flipkart executive at 3september complain. The biggest feku online company in Indian History. I buy TV pay 200 more than Amazon on basis of Indian company. To be very frank this company not committed to his commitment. Company send SMS to us your TV will installed on 11/09 be present but nobody come on that date. next day another SMS coming 12/09 we will install, but nobody come. On customer care they told us end of date we will install, but nobody coming. I recommended please dont purchase any product from this company. No. 1 bogus company in india.

i have bought a Hard drive from flipkart on 24th August , but the products was wrongly ordered & i requested a return/refund request on the same date. Till then my reverse pick up has been cancelled 5 times without any reason by the delivery company. Is this flipkart assurance , i am a regular customer of your esteemed flipkart but after this not only i lost interest in flipkart but colleagues too after seeing this been happening from last 10-20 days.

i spoke to gaurav, and was very very "UN-HELPFULL", damn rude, no manners to talk and not knowing the way to speak to the cutsomer. After asking him to put the manager on the call, made me hold the the for 10 mins and have no etiquette of a simple customer service that to deal with it. I also work in a inbound call center, if i spoke to the customer in this manner knowing the fact the call is been recorded, i would have got a "escalation" and what i expect to be given to gaurav, as to he could know, how to speak to person, and more over when he is working for a customer services.

Waiting for the reply ASAP.

I have ordered Lenovo K5 Note ( order ID FMPP0061472690 ) , from past two days I am getting msg from flipkart that your product will get delivered by today before 6 PM and every time at 6 PM I got msg that product delivery has been failed and we are unable to contact you. Note : My phone was switched on and I didnt got any call from concern person.

Even when I try to call that fellow his phone was unreachable ( Almost around 70 times I have called him )
I must say that flip kart delivery service is rediculous.

Hey flipkart i did not got the bookmark with my book, it was delivered 1 day late and packing was worst. I also wanted moto g 4 plus frm u but it was on amazon so just fix it otherwise if u went this way only sale will be 0 and you will have to shut the company down, its too disgusting flipkart . There are also many problems with the ping feature, when i shake my phone it does not come back and also some times does not scans bar code.
