I got mesg on 31/08/2016 that I had used 12GB & on 01/09/2016 that I had used 15GB. The fact is that we were not at home on 01/09. Usually every month we got msg Of75% uses after 20 days from last 10 years. Previously we were having 6gb plan now changed to 15gb. But we are getting same messg. This time as per msg we had used 15gb in one week how it is possible.Pl Provide me the details.

I had been a satisfied Airtel customer of Mobile as well as Internet for last 13-14 years. However, I am seriously thinking to switch over to any other better / cheaper service provider due to following reasons....

1. Airtel has not started free roaming facility where as BSNL has done it 1-12 months back.
2. Poor speed of internet as compared to other service providers.
3. Excess billing (Ref.no.72402028)
4. Delay in shifting of land lines.
5. Delay in getting connected to Airtel Customer Service Executives.
6. Excessive time taken by inexperienced or incompetent staff on customer service.
7. Call drop & poor signal is a common feature these days.
8. Moreover, customer service executive says..."You are free to go to any other service provider" !

I had deposited through Receipt no. 52923071 vide Account Number 1134154821 of Mobile No. 7033296737, Transaction Number 191444306 adjustment entry for invoice rectification, reversal and re posting the payment payment amount 1270.0 payment Date/Time 2016-08-23: 39:49.0, Payment From Reversal- Payment -Self Care Modern Trade. I Had paid this amount through Mobikwik. The amount do not paid to me.

I applied Airtel broadband, Reference No. ONTMBANGA96467030C on Friday. Saturday all the documents (Photo, Check and ID Proof) collected by Airtel representative. After that there is not communication regarding the connection. Now its almost 5 days. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi, i have 2 mobile nos namely 9821430802 and 9821013801 and have paid both bills Dt. 24.8.16 of Rs. 305/- and Rs. 413-/ respectively on 6.9.16 at your airtel office near to shopper's shop, ghatkopar ( chembur) vide cheques Nos 147329 Dt. 1.9.16 and 147330 DT. 1.9.16 both drawn on Canara bank. And still you are sending me emails about the payments. I don't know what is the problem. Pl. verify the same and sort out the matter urgently. Vasumenon.

Airtel says open network.... what is open? My home very near a big airtel tower but in my home there is no coverage, so airtel will not say any point of network.

sub :- i am not using my plan which i have bought as my monthly plan which i have been paid for as per rule by airtel company.

i am zameer's brother sameer, my brother is suffering from bad services of airtel company. according to date 6.9.2016, a person come to connect or repair, others, airtel port , but this man has disconnects my brother port airtel lan number, relation ship nu:- 7008217484 & my complaint number is 72715558, is not repaired yet , but runs only 2 minute as per now is dead after 2 minute.

So splease leave my regards

Hii Airtel, I am a post paid user and my no. 9098936178, I am facing problems from so long. My net never works. I was a reliance user before ported my sim card to airtel. But seriously again the same problem, I just can't use anything. Net never works. Though i tried calling on your helpline numbers for the help and complaint but that's a recorded clip to whom we are talking...right. No person answers.

Still I hope you are getting my point, so pls do something for my problem. I still cant see that the net works properly.

Then why balance is showing zero. We can not call. Where the hell amoint has gone. Make it an urgent reply.

I'm getting cheated by customer care support almost everyday with new cookup stories by them for my issue which is making me frustrated why did I have this airtel connection. Before my onsite travel i had very clearly requested to limit my credit amount to 1500 rupees including all hidden charges on earth to customer care support and requested many times and told very clearly including hidden charges again and again on hidden charges, internet usage, roaming charges should be limited to 1500 rs and if its going to exceed then my number should be barred or disconnected immediately. But customer care support lady had not even processed my requested and cheated me very nicely. On top of that when i got 7000 bill in 1st week of my travel and whenever my brother and me used to call customer card support every time different explanations on the same issue which made me fed up of such a worst service in India from any company so far. You people told me there is no such 7000 amount in my name and in case if its might be due to computer issue and also because of fault from customer care people for not processing my request that amount will be waived off. But now again you people cheating me by behaving as if though you people never told. I have all the proof of my conversation and now also no proper explanations or responses and not even allowing customers to talk to people higher than customer care for issues.

Wanted to know process to lodge cheating complaints many times in a month on customer care support along with disconnection of all airtel sims, internet dongles because i'm cheated very badly and also undergone mental stress and pressure during my stay in onsite.

My broadband connection totally closed from 28th july-2016 to 23rd august-2016 but no. of complaint for waiver in your customer care and your customer care say me, your complained will be booked at the time of generating bill date means 3-09-2016 I also complained on that date but customer care say me bill already generated and say me you complained logged through mail So please rectified of this matter and send the landline bill because bill from july -16 to august-16 not get me.

I am YUSUF ALI SOGIAWALA Please arrange our brad band connection refund. we apply for wifi but some of reason we not continue. The customer care officer inform us AIR TEL refund your amount in 1 month. But now 1 month finish we still not refund our amount. Please provide refund ASAP

As per the direction of near by main Air tel registered office (Jayamahal Extn, Bangalore) we called customer service and then a person from Air tel agency approached our house on 17th Sep-2016 and collected 500Rs cheque issued in the name of Bharti Air tel and said the internet package & a modem with land line will be provided shortly by the technician with in 48hrs, but so for no body shown there face and above given register office persons are helpless.

The receipt provided number shows-TBLR-7254319 & Mobile number of Air tel representative-7022444712.

I had done recharge of rs 180 on my no. 7558679178 on 10 sep, my account has debited but still I didn't get balance. I have placed complaint in SBI.they advised me to contact to you.

This is to inform you that i got several good offers from the other telephonic companies that if i am going to change the broadband connection i will get 50 GB internet with a speed of 4MBPS and the good thing is that there is no extra cost for this.

I will get more Data with the same price so please tell me if there will be any this kind of pack is available otherwise please tell me the procedure how can i port my connection to other.

landline no 01145395901. i am facing too much problems voice call and net connection. so many times i complaint on 121 they solve the issue but not properly done again and again their were some problems. at last i insttaled hathways connection and after clearing all the dues of this airtel no irequest to disconntinioue my broad band connection on 121. but they people ask me to give them a chance to solve the problem and provide me hasselfree service even they offer me to charge half the rent of my broadband plan. and they gave me this consetion for that month only. although the issue were still there. same time i use two differnt service providers ie airtel and hathways and paid amount to both due to not taking seriouses action on my issues. therefore i request you to give me complesetion for non provide of proper network and if its not possible to gave us proper network then discontinue my connection. so i can be on one side.
