I think this one trip will be last one, after experiencing so bad experience with your ride. First ola did not show that price will be double means 2x, then they booked two numbers, last told me that first one was cancelled, then please book again, booked the next one. I came down then first cab waiting for me, he said you book me first, I was surprised. I gave phone to ola drivers, they spoke. Now after paying double, I under stood that ola did mistake, took double money from me. So nice your service.

As I discussed with you.My id has been blocked by you. So I'm not able to book my cabs.Last days I faced a lot of problems due to my blocked id. So I request you Please provide me help as soon as possible.

I just received a notification that ola is sending someone to border for independence day celebration and we should post our comments...what useless marketing tactics. These tactics aren't going to help you people, you need to bring your house in order. you guys are fast getting the reputation of not keeping your commitment. I have been booking ola in advance and always ditched at the last minute with a message that no cabs available. if booking in advance doesn't prepare you, how are you going to cater to the increase in demand that you want to generate by marketing tactics and when we cancel the cab, you shamelessly charge us 25 rupees. why not pay us when your drivers don't show up? I have dropped ola for megacabs and for good. they always keep their commitment and don't shamelessly charge us the way you do....that's why they are slowly but surely gaining customers' confidence.

Ola is one more Indian me too start up doomed to fail with its unsustainable business model... where they're more hungry for only increase in demand with extremely low commitment levels and dependability.

I have been receiving almost 500 messages per day from ola on my phone no- 9762802219 sending me some weird otp number which I have no clue about. It is very annoying to get so many messages! I had registered a complaint earlier as well but have got no response yet. I want this sorted asap, else I will have to consider some serious action against the company!

On the 20th of Aug. i booked an Ola cab, but the driver did not turn up. He was very close to my location. I waited for nearly 15 mins. & tried to contact him repeatedly but his phone was not available. & now i have received a receipt of Rs. 94/-, showing different name & different address. Moreover i also received a message on the same day where in i have been charged Rs. 25/-as cancellation charges when i had not cancelled my booking. Finally i took an auto rickshaw.

This has happened with me many a times. Please train your drivers before recruiting them. Kindly look into matter & improve upon your services. Also my email id is blocked & i am unable to book a cab. I request you to kindly unblock my email id.

It is very disappointing with the kind of service you give! I got a call from your customer support saying that the messages that i had been receiving had been blocked. But they havent and i've started receiving otp messages again with the frequency of one message every freaking minute!! And now when I called, your customer care support executive has the audacity to cut my call even before I could speak anything! What sort of service is this?

Hi Ola Team,

This is filomena i booked an ola yesterday from bandra to prabhadevi. while booking u guys didn't notify me about the searching charges that u apply on ur customers. After i reached my destination ur driver tells me the bill in 543 rs.. where as i am only supposed to pay 150rs. After talking to ceasar from ur logistics dept.. he told me to pay how much i wanted but this is not the way u deal with ur clients... u dont have drivers @nyt that is ur problem not mine. if you are charging me for searching charges y the hell am i using my GPS do u think i'm stupid or crazy and ur staff Mr Caesar he argues with me to check ur website about ur terms and conditions. DONT GIVE ME THAT S**T..... ARE U RUNNING AN E-COMMERCE WEBSITE..???? BETTER CHANGE UR STANDARDS OR I WILL QUIT FROM OLA.

I booked a cab from r.a kidwai road to tilaknagar on 27/08/16 at 19.15 pm OSN169362155. Silver indigo MH03 BC 8855 did not come at all. My repeated calls to the driver went unanswered. After 43 mts of waiting i was forced to make alternative arrangements. Very bad experience. Affecting ola's image. Pl advise ur driver suitably.

I booked your AUTO from Chennai annasalai, Poompukar opposite LIC building..on 29/08/2016, at 1634hrs (4:34pm), pick up time about 4:40pm..dropped at Nerkundram, golden George never. After closed meter shown on RS 312/=and shown distance km 24.51.. I was paid as per metre Rs 312/:. Ride time 39minuts. I know the kilometre's above distance not more than 16km.

Kindly consider my appeal I was paid extra money.. that your metre had some errors. I request you to repay my money to me or kindly add In ola money, I can use next Ride. I have booked a share cab from ola under their OS no was 170530141 dt 29-08-2016. the car no was WB 04G 3514 from salt lake AL block. Pick up point was 168 Al Block Salt Lake. the driver was Sikendar kumar, mobile no was 9804680074.

I request him to come forward about 50 mts to pick up. He did not reply and told me that he is at tank 9 and told me to come to 168 al block salt lake. I went their and inquire about the car but the local people said that such car has snot come to this location. Again I called him back twice, he did not reply. On third call he received the call and said that he was at my requested position.

I again return back to that position and asked the rickshaw pullers about the car. They replied taht such car has not come to this position said on next call the driver said that time was over for share cabs and I have have to book a minI or miro cab.

My question is why the driver harresh me in this sunny and hot days abount 1/2 hours to locate the cab. I contracted him by mobile thrice. first time he said he is at tank no 9 which is far away from the pick up point. next two times he not replied to my phone calls. on 4th time he relied that the time for pick up is over and cancelled the booking. I am a 64 yrs old man and for this kind of irresponsible person CUSTOMER LIKE ME are harassed and the good name of OLA is destroyed.

I made a call at your tool free no 033/33553355 at about 12 .00 and lodge a complain with your customer service cell and the lady on other side of the line assured me that I will be informed about the action taken against the erring driver with in 8 hrs. but till now I have not received any communication from your end. please inform me the fate of the complaint.

- Driver doesn't know the route.
- At time scheduled driver will not report on time.
- Driver himself request us to cancel the request and raise a fresh travel request.

I have booked an OLA cab dt : 4th Sept at 12:54 pm at pune, When i called driver, he told that he is on the way. After 5 min, i got a msg, my booking cancelled because " Ola cabs could not find a cab at my location. When i called driver (7066798721), he did not told any thing and dropped my call.

It gave me immense pain , how they can work so unprofessionally. Again i book a Ola cab at 1:28 pm from Pune station, Called driver, he told he is coming, Waited for next 12 min, Driver did not come. In the mean time, i got a car, i hired it. Now driver called me at 1:45 pm, I told that i waited for you and took another car. Now, Ola send a msg to me " Rs 75 cancellation fee will be charged on your next ride"

What is this? They can cancel my request without taking any responsibility? Driver will not report at time and if i take another taxi, they will charge cancellation charge? Similar incident happened on 12th Aug-16 also, Ola cabs nor reported.

Rubbish it's ridiculous. Booked ola cab from my husbands number. From Ansari road to Lodhi hotel.

Drivers details: Pradeep (9999997498) is on the way to your location in a white Swift Dzire UP14ET8159.

Once you board the cab please share CRN-381799494 with driver to start trip. I called the driver atleast twice or thrice asking him where he is and is he able to find the address, he said yes ma'am address is feeded I will reach.

Again waiting for some 5-10 min I called and asked him where is he will guide the way as I am getting late, he said Maam traffic hai , I said ya it's ok but u sure where u have to come
I stilled guided him the way from my area fire station explaining him in detail what will b on his right and on his left .

Then on third call he says he has reached some highway some old Delhi side I told him bhaiya aap exit Kar Gaye hai Ansari road se without giving a proper answer he was on line but kept me on hold I kept the phone and asked my hubby to cancel and book another, in the mean time he called and said now guide me where should I come I told him politely bhaiya late ho raha hai should I book another one if U can't reach .

He got irritated and said these words in Hindi... "Tu dhamki Kise ko de Rahe hai cancel karna hai to Kar de. mein Ek to itne traffic se aa raha hu upar se cancel Ke dhamki."

Narrating in detail for reference of every one . Is this acceptable was this right on driver part to talk in such a bad language with me.

About three weeks back booked for a ride the driver isteredhas not turned up & picked up another customer to drop him on Mysore Road. where as I not utilised your services in turn I got a message thanking for utilising your services. In this connection reported the matter then there was a question without booking for services assuming that the driver whom he has picked up. I replied in affirmative. I have explained my experience & my email which is aiready registered with may activated.

Why my account is suspended. this is not fair. how many peoples are facing problems like that. plz resolve that issue.

We booked the 16 Seater OLA Shuttle from DELHI to LANSDOWNE. So thought of giving a premium to make sure the journey would be pleasant and we as a family with Small Kids can enjoy time and have fun.

But we got our first BAD Experience when we requested for the Radio/USB and the driver complaint that stereo system wiring is having a problem so doesnt work. Still ok for us to travel as we were in family. But Really shock came when A/C of the Shuttle went dead after moving hardly 50-60 KM from Delhi and guess what happened, OLA Representative has nothing to say , he just conferenced the Owner of the Shuttle who has his own justification. In fact Driver who came told that, the Vehicle seems to be serviced last day as there were grease marks on the Dashboard. So we have no other options to continue our journey as our Hotel Booking was there. Shuttle didnt speed up more than 60-70 KM on highway and we could see Other Shuttle State Transport was aheading us. On way to return, Shuttle Stopped around 150Km to Delhi and it was 6 PM in evening and Driver suspected it to be Dead Battery and our family has to push the Shuttle to make it on. Finally we reached Delhi, Kashmeri gate after 12 hrs of Journey. This post is relevant to only those who has small kids and overall experience is pathetic. I am sure OLA doesnt want to give this experience to customers but question is how will they get such feedbacks and what will they improve?

Do they really inspect the vehicles on Road or there is under the table concept which OLA supervisor would be doing it. Its a call Mr Bhavish Aggarwal has to take? I look forward to see the Response on this. I will share this experience of mine on Social sites also.

Hi Team Ola,
You are always ready to force penalty of DD, good. But before apply it why don't you ever try to observe the actual reason. how can you do this without any algorithm, please let me know the algorithm on which you attempt to make penalty on driver, for example if customer book a car at 4:15 PM and he/she cancelled that booking at 4:17 PM with stupid reason that driver is late, and on this basis you force driver penalty with DD. you should upgrade your status of app with such stupid behavior of customer too.

I booked my cab from IGI AIRPORT today at 7:35 pm.The driver asked for the CRN number and i shared it as follows: OSN 227832263. The trip was started and mean while i got the cancellation prompt for the trip, i asked the driver why had he cancelled it in the middle of trip. He told me that it was closed mistakenly. I said ok, i will rebook the cab. He denied for the rebooking and asked me for payment of rupees 200 on the way. The driver was rude and not donot have sense to drop a girl atleast to some safe area. I kept him asking to drop me atleast to some reachable area but he denied and stopped the car and asked to pay the amount. I was clueless and i paid him the cash (money). It was around 8:30PM when he dropped me. I felt disgusting ride by OLA and will never ever have this again.

Being it women safety this was ridiculous and pathetic experience ever faced by me so far. I have been using this cab service almost regularly for my office travels but this shameful and awful trip has made me not to rely on such services specially OLA.
