I have purchased Mi4i in Oct 2015 , the phone blasted and screen damaged . Service center at Chandigarh refused to take the phone for repair and given the email id of Xiaomi. very pathetic service.

I bought a Xiaomi Mi4i around 6 months ago which is still under warranty but unfortunately the screen cracked last month. For the same I visited Jayanagar Service Center. They fixed the screen using fewikwik due yo which after a week faced soo much of trouble such as blank screen and touch not responsive etc. I visited them again where they promised me to replace the screen but due to unavailability of the screen they told me to come after a week. Its been more than a month that I m not able to use my Xiaomi phone because the screen cracked poped out from the casing and eventually cracked again. With rude staff and pathetic services from your Jayanagar service center in Bangalore I am actually fed up. That's the reason I am writing it to you hoping for a positive response as they simply denied changing the screen again. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap.

In kanpur service center express road, plzzz don't deposit ur phone in this service center becoz there is no value of their commitments. If they are saying that they repair ur phone in 10 to 15 days then don't believe and by mistake if u deposited ur phone then forget ur phone and important works for a month and only u can pray for ur phone. So plzzz give a chance to near by shopkeepers they make u smile...........thank u!!!!

xiaomi device are very good but customer service are very bad. i am submit my device lami nagar delhi and service centre told me your device back in one week, but fifteen day after service centre told me sir your device part are not available.

My redmi 2s which i bought on 30 april after 1 month it stop working and now i gave it to there service center on 2 july 2016 and today is the date is 16th july and neither customer care or service center and customer care EMAIL help me they just dont know about how much time it will take.

I have purchased a Mi4i 16GB Dual SIM in Sep.2015. It developed some sang in June 2016 (under warranty period) I went to Patna Service centre where they kept my hand set under JOBSHEET No.JS16061101141 dt. 11th June 2016 with a delivery date of 26th June 2016. On several enquiry by visiting the service centre, i was informed that the parts are not available and they cannot say when they will be able to deliver the phone after its repairing.

This is disappointing . Please look into the matter and ensure a early delivery of the handset. A update on my above mentioned mail will be highly appreciated.

Dear Xiaomi team,

I regret to say that i have buy xiaomi redmi prime 2 mobile. It has many types of charging related problem. Same has been confirmed from many of my friends. The problem was started from not charging the mobile and was charging only after unplug and replug the battery from mobile. After some time the nature of problem changed and the mobile was charging but no notification sign/led/sound indignation. And it is also not supporting data transmission from pc.

I have visited xiaomi support centre at bhopal and seen that it is a common problem and many persons are suffering from charging related problem. Madam on reception has confirmed first that problem is due to physical pcb damaged and it is payable even under warranty. After deny any physical damage problem from my side they opened mobile in front of me and there was no physical pcb damage. They changed their statement and said that there is a water leaking damage problem. And due to it notification sound not coming and warranty expired but the reason was different this time from physically damage to water leaking damage but intention was same to not cover product in warranty period. I am a technically person and seen that pcb was dry and there was no water sign. They was only suspecting it. As I know if there is any water leaking issue , screen should be get flicker or problem should be with screen first but screen and other parts and functions are proper then how water can damage charging pcb only.

The product was nice till the time of working. There is no hang or other problem but after sales service is not justified. Please look into the matter and I request to please arrange to provide the support from your end.

Hi,

This is you to inform that I am the victim of your pathetic service. I was ordered a data cable on 23-Jun-16 & delivery date was 6-Jul-16 but still I have not received the data cable its already 16 days passed. I have called up to your service center and they committed me to resolve the issue in next 72 hours but after passed 5 days they do not have any update. As per your service center they have not received the data cable.

The service centre at vashi f*****g doesnt care about their customers. They dont have the knowledge to talk with their consumers. I gave my mi 4 cell phone for repair as it was in warranty period. they said that they will return the phone to me within 15 days but today its 20 days up n i have still not got my mi phone yet.. (Bad customer service).

So plz work over it. I need my cell phone. Very soon. As my works are pending n if any loss happens then ill have to drop a complaint to the CONSUMER COURT.

I have bought redmi note 3 silver a month ago. after 1 day Unfortunately my mobile screen cracked, I submit the mobile in mumbai vashi service centre on 17th june 2016, they told me that it will be repaired with in 10-15 days, Those 10-15 days are never ending. After 40 days not getting single reaction from service centre or customer care, the Worst service ever. No hardware available for manufacture defect/ repair. For future customers (if any), Buy at your own risk!!! I think I had made mistake by purchasing your phone.

What I have to do without mobile... I have given my mobile in service center 4th time in one year. What the hell are u doing.. Selling original or duplicate... On other way you are also not giving any rewards as they have suffering these much problems.

My warranty period is going to expire how will i get its resale value.

My phone mi redmi note 3.i received 4 months & my mobil charger not working to charging. this charger adapter problem. please help, i live in kolhapur city.

The worst service center i ever seen....here the lunch time is 3 pm to 4.15 pm & they will not accept handset after 5pm. The worst thing is they are charging extra money for a Xerox copies of original bills that to be submitted there itself. They are charging 5 rupees for a copy where as it costs only 0.25 rupees.

I am bought Redmi 2 prime from Amazon.in and i was submit the phone in Ganapati Celluler 11th of may and they gave me 26th may is expected date service centre. I cannot give any rate your company and service center. The wrost company which i seen in my life, Just one month back on 11-06-2016 I purchased Note-3 and it get battery problem. and I submitted the mobile in Begumpet service center on 23-07-2016 and Manager Guna shekar (Unfit for Job) told that he need 10 days to solve the problem and give land line number 04040113028, which was never connected and always busy, it may put the receiver a side, some time it may connect, but May be unfit employees not lift the call and some time lift the call but didn't talk. it was happen since three days, please do need full.
