Complain for extra bill
On per usual my bill for rupee 1419.51 it has found that 240 rupee has been extra added in my bill on account of value added service with out taking my concent which is required to be debited from my bill so I can pay the bill today with out delay payment . My mob no.9935760232

Change card to pospaid
i have applied my new card for pospaid. i applied for 199 plan and they registered for 299 family plan. when i call them they pick the call and make me wait for some time and cut the call without saying anything. plz activate my card for plan 199.
Complaint of service
I am using my airtel num 9987866418,I am now thinking of porting to another service provider,On 5th July 2016 I made a recharge of 200 rs and today 6th July 2016 they show that I have no balance that's very disappointing.

Doble data activated but not received even once
I have purchased samsung j5 2016 edition from flipkart which comes with double data offer with the phone itself. I was guided by airtel and flipkart how to activate the offer with my number and i did activate it on 5-06-2016 @12:38pm but i havent received any amount of double data since i recharged twice already.This experience is really bad for me as i have trusted airtel for a decade. please do look into the matter and i would like to get the promised amount of the said data which would be now 2gb.
Asked to disconnet the connection but till today they have not
I am the customer for last 6 years but I have not delayed my payment till today. I had a problem.. complaint several times to 121 and I told I do not want your service. I am taking a new connection they did not gave me feedback today a boy his name was vinya he informed to give a feedback told a procheger to cancel the account even the employs do not give the correct information nor the engineers.

Complaint regarding extra usage of Internet
According to my Bill plan I have total 240 MB data free of which i have used 220 MB data. But according to my bill details there is mentioned that i have used a total of 360 MB data during the month, Due to which my bill has exceeded by 200 rs. I have not used the data beyond limit so i want Airtel to deduct that extra 200 rs from my bill of 7028929921.
Complaint regarding not paying heed to complaints earlier made
Recently this year I got disconnected my phone-net connection from the tele co. as I was not satisfied from its services and applied and got your Airtel phone-net connection some time in March,16. Your agent/executive who came to my house for the connection assured so many facilities to be enhanced to me alike: providing free telephone instrument, best net services, fixtures etc etc. But I am feeling very sadness while making the present complaint that after installation of new connection at my home and after making day to day complaints neither anybody turned up to resolve my difficulty nor did anybody pay heed to what I want. On the contrary when many a times my phone remained out of order they simply assured to do at the earliest. Thrice or more, I could not remember, your executive/ who happens to be the engineer or employee said " I am on leave today I am helpless to help you". I asked him may I approach your high officials; he roughly replied "do whatever you like. I am on leave today".
Without enhancing all my grievances I simply want that (i)as committed by your agent/official/incharge of marketing(who came to my house- (name not known now) please instal one telephone instrument (free of cost) because merely installing the wires(lines) noone can use the facility and further more he committed to do so and only on this averment I agree to take new connection otherwise not. (ii) please see to it that on and off my connection including net-facility be not remain out of order or disturbed.
Harassment by airtel
I have applied for a postpaid connection at bhavarkuan airtel store in Indore, which initially the store people said I'll easily get, but in due course of time they kept asking me .. sir bring this document, sir bring that document, not in one day, they did this is six days..not continuous six days it took 15-18 days. Finally after my 6th visit to the store, I received a message from the store staff that since you live in a hostel and your case is high risk profile so your sim card can only be activated after you pay 1000/- caution deposit which will be non refundable, and they are saying this after I have given them my address in writing initially while applying, I have done the payment, I am through with address verification which they did twice God knows for what reasons.
When I went to the senior management of airtel for Indore region.. I met Mr Rohit petkar, had a hour long discussion with Mr soni, Mr porwal, in fact I had a chance to talk to Mr Manish whose the head of MP region, they said sir its a company's policy and we cannot give you a sim card on this address, since our discussion was going nowhere at there terms and my terms.. so I demanded them in writing that sir you please give me in writing that there was a policy of such kind which the store peoples forgot to inform me, and return my all Xerox documents intact along with my original employee referral letter, Refund my money or else kindly provide me a proper postpaid connection on this address. I have been through lots of harassment kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and do the needful.

I have two active numbers 1st is 9910018784 (primary) & 2nd is 9310588784 (secondry) with plan of My Family plan under 999 rental.Both numbers with my identity (Sumit saxena) but when i called to customer care than Mr.Prabhjot singh told me that some amount of 1261rs reflecting with other name any sunil kumar, which is wrong entry in my bill.So its requested to Airtel, Pls clear this issue ASAP so that i can pay the actual bill.

Data charge got over too fast
I had put data pack rs276 on last Tuesday but data finished by saturday. within 4 days, (without downloading, watching videos etc) my no is 9741159177. Recharge done on 4th july rs265 ,again data finished in 4 days. Previously 1gb data would come for 20-25 days minimum. now data got over in 4-5 days.
