I had bought mi4I in December, it is very worst phone in my life...From 3 months my phone is in service center. I have also registers my complaint and complaint no.Is 1712831 but no action take it about my complaint. Its defective phone, change my phone. Very worst phone and also your service. You are misguide your customer. Replaced my phone in 7 days other wise i'll go in consumer court.

After purchased a month i facing problem in my charger. There is no problem. But after facing your service support i have a feel largest bad experience. Xiaomi disappointed...... Plz reverted.

I Have purchased a MI4 mobile. My phone was having a problem as it was not starting and showing only MI symbol at home screen. even after restarting the phone several times the problem persists. So i handed the Phone the MI service center at Vadodara on 4th May 2016. after checking they confirmed that motherboard of the phone is crashed and as the phone was in warranty period they wil repair the phone and handover within 15 days. Its been more than 1 and half months but still i haven't received my phone back. On calling the service center they say that they haven't received the part from the company and even after registering a complain in customer care even they dont give any answer about my phone getting repaired.

I am very much disappointed with the service and response from both Service center and Customer care. On calling the customer care they just hear your complain and tell you will receive a call with solution of complain within 24 hrs. but i am still waiting for their call even after calling customer care 4 times. If you don't care for the customer and their problems why the hell have you started the customer care services. Shut it down atleast we will not rely on you and find a solution on our own. this is really disgusting.......

I am user of Redmi 2 Prime.my phone had some problems such as it got heated unexpectedly,it's back camera didn't work etc.with these problems I have submitted my phone at Park Street servicing centre, West Bengal on 31 May,2016...the returned date was 14 June. but still I have not got my phone back.please take necessary steps to return my phone as soon as possible...thanking you.

I have given the phone MI 4 64 GB for repairs on 25.04.2016 at Service Store JB Nagar (TVS ELECTRONICS LTD- XIAOMI SERVICE CENTRE.)

Date of purchase 07.01.2015 Warranty 1 year.
The person name is NIRAJ PRAJAPATI (incharge)
The work order no is 890166004

I have visited the service centre nearly 15 times in the past two months as the person was not answering the phone. Every time I have been given the reply that there are no parts available and some other reason.
Recently on 18.06.2016 I have been given another Inspection sheet prepared on 16.05.2016 stating some reasons but no concrete information on the actual date of delivery. Pl look into the matter urgently.

sir,I am very unhappy with the service of MI I handed over my phone to your Himyathanagar, Hyderabad service center on 2nd June even today i.e. 28th June it is not done. I contacted Mr. Ram chary. He is unable to tell when he is going get the spares from the company. I advice people not to buy MI phone. I request you to replace the product otherwise I will be compelled to go to appropriate legal fora for the same.

I am in abroad (Israel) for 6 months. It is very critical situation occurs as my mobile is screen locked and password forgotten by mistake. I bought this mobile on 13 jun 16 online by TATA CLIQ service. My brother sent me this mobile here on 26 jun 16. After powered on, the mobile reqd the 4 digit password. But we do not have.

It is my humble request to you for solving my problem. I had tried all possible methods I knows. But all in vain. if there is any tool/ software/ any command. Plz tell me. Plz help me as possible.

I had purchased note3 32 GB 20days ago but I faced major problem such as battery can't service a days charging twice per day when I not used the set but battery goes to dying..phone also heated a massive range.

I am not satisfy this cell because I bought this after two days. I have charger complaint. there is no service center available.

i go to the service center there is a charging problem in reb mi note 3 phone, they give me a waiting time of min 15-30 days because they dont have parts. store manger is doing time pass and suggest me to mail and talk to higher authority. prefer to buy Samsung phone.

I have given my phone mi4 for repair of screen on 11th june,2016. They told to return the phone in 10 days. Today is 1st july,2016 and I have not yet received my phone. On complaining at service center they are telling that it will take further 15 days to give the phone. This is pure bullshit . I have never seen such a bad service in my life. The staff is worst. I would recommend not to buy phone of xiomi because there services are worst.

Do redmi note 3 32gb mobile supports both dual sim and also memory card? I want to take that mobile bt i am not sure that this mobile supports both dual sim and also memory card. plz reply me and solve my problem plz. i want to use both dual sim and memory card in one mobile mean that redmi note 3 32gb mobile.

I have purchased MI4. I received cell phone with company defect. Defect in Mic. other side can not here sound. so submit the mobile in Rajkot service centre on 17th June, they told me that it will be repaired with in 10-15 days, But still now problem not solved and they tell me that they are waiting for parts. cannot say that it will take how much time.

Hi Team

Kindly update me on Complaint reference ID: 160628-000937. From last one month I am struggling to get my mobile repaired.

I have submitted my mobile at Viman Nagar Mi Exclusive Service Center a month back and today they called me to collect back my mobile. I collected my mobile today and found that issue in my mobile is still not resolved. Hence I asked them to check back the issue.

Now service center people are saying that my mobile has motherboard issue and will take at least 1 month to get resolved. Today, initially they asked me to take my mobile back with me and keep them calling to check motherboard availability.

But I refused and asked them to repair my mobile at earliest, hence they provided me new job sheet instead for continuing old sheet.

· One month is long time to get any issue resolved?
· Why your authorized service center is not able to repair my mobile?
· If your team is not able to resolve issue on my mobile, kindly replace it and do not make me suffer longer.

If there is an Oscar for the worst service centre in World, then you people must claim it. The service centre in Vile Parle West, never answers your call or mails you the status of your product. Shame on you for this type of service. Call centre is worst than that. My docket # WXIN1606300001787. Pl try to call the service centre and check why they are not attending incoming calls.

I have purchased xiaomi note prime. Unfortunately my mobile is motherboard problem, i submit the mobile in dhanbad service center on 02 may 2016. They told me that it will be repaired with in 10-12 days, But still now problem not solved and they tell me that they cannot say that it will take how much time. i request you just repair my phone and give then.
