It was after much consultation and running-about that I had finally opted for Airtel for my Fixedline/Broadband connection No.01143281039/ Acc.No 7015525015. But as the billing was much beyond my comprehension, I had thought of connecting WiFi. I was told by your office people at Dilshad Colony, to apply for a new connection and cancel the old one. I consented to this and submitted all the documents as required. The email that they had recorded was :RAJBENJAIMANI @GMAIL.COM which is not just an inconvenience but an insult to my name, which should have been: RAJBENJAMIN1 @GMAIL.COM. I shall be grateful if it could be changed promptly for further communication and other services.

The bill of my airtel mobile no 9619253022 has- They told me that actual bill amount 550/- rs and bill 660 paid 2 may 2016 and the mistake was 4 months and gallery employed is bill payed and no request and bill detail,paper bill system problem no id number but airtel bill is paid to emergency plz complaint is received.

Please upgrade my 4G SIM because i am unable to use internet speed to 4G my internet data plan is only 3G. 4G SIM using for a month but still 3G plan till today what is the use of luring to me to use 4G if you can't upgrade my SIM.

In 22 june 12:37 am. I talk to customer care officer mr. Kush mishra for activate net pack in my mobile no. 8175868476. He said to me to recharge Rs 171 and find 1 Gb data for 28 days. I recharged rs 171 by customer care officer mr. Kush mishra but i found only 700 mb for 21 days. So i request to you please help me and give me my rest data (324 mb).

I am Raja from salem, I have using your airtel network last 6 years, I am receiving VAS (Astrology, music, cricket, etc...) calls from aircel network from August'15 onwards. I have activated DND service from your network while activating MNP from Aircel to your network ie. Airtel, but still I am receiving the VAS calls from Aircel network. I think this is around 25th time complaining about this issue, kindly resolve the problem as early as possible.

I am sampriti sachdeva do sachin sachdeva. My airtel no. 9810531004 is being illegally used by pankaj kumar (9810830081) as his alternate number. He has a bill pending of rs1074.55. His bill payment messages and calls are coming on my phone. This is very disturbing. I dont even know who is Pankaj Kumar. Its a humble request to kindly remove my no. from his account. I dont want him to use my no. as his alternate phone number.

I had paid two Airtel mobile bills on 28th June, 2016 at 6 pm, bearing mobile nos. 9820852921 for due amount of Rs.414.57 & 9967392361 for bill Rs. 229.11, both having due date on 09-July-2016 at Yash Enterprises, Sai Mandir Road, Kanjur Marg East, Mumbai-400 042, to the owner Mr. Sanjay Pai bearing mobile number 9619504099, being a dealer selling all Airtel services.

I have not yet received sms nor email on my registered mobile numbers about having received payment of the two airtel bills. Kindly ensure from your end as I had contacted Mr. Sanjay Pai of Yash Enterprises & he said my bills were already remitted and shortly I would be receiving an sms from Airtel. But till now, I have not received any messages from Airtel notifying me about the bill payment which previously Airtel was spontaneous in its response regarding sending messages to its consumer. Please check and intimate me in the earliest.

Has activated the hello tune services approx 3 months ago ....the scheme involves approx 290 rs for the whole year which includes five hello tunes and i can change callertune number of times ...no charges will be charged on your bill ....but the airtel company charges on my hello tune. i asked the company and they said we will not do anything ...is this the way to handle a customer problem. please take action against this query. in case of any query or information please contact on 9999938956(nikhil garg) please take action as soon as possible.

I checked special offer on dial no *121# then found that 3GB 3G DATA available in 247 Rs for 28 days.after this i have been rechaged but l have received a massage that your data pack activated 1GB Normal & 2 GB for night .i am shocked,this is not fare because airtel company have largest Empire in india but some fraud incidents will come to down line. i humbly request do the needful & take necessary action in this matter.

This is the worst customer support services I have ever experience. Everytime you call them they will given the same answer. As per them they don't have any control on anything neither they can connect us to somebody senior who is answerable.

My mattresses were recommended for replacement by their engineers 7 months back but i am still waiting for the replacement and everytime I contact them they give the same answer that please wait for one week and the same story is going on from last 7 month.

Can somebody please help me in getting their service head/MD or any other higher authority's details.

I have been a regular AIR TEL subscriber patronizing your good service for the past several years. Previously I was having 100 GB TOP UP and due to change of plan it was removed. When subscribers using lower plans are allotted 100 GB TOP UP why am I deprived of the same? kindly do the needful. I have been a good customer without any defaults. As a matter of fact I have personally recommended AIR TEL to several of my friends and relations. As such I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

First of all I haven't received my bill. And then I tired to pay with my debit card and first it showed that the transition had already happened but then suddenly it opened up to a new page showing that the transaction is yet being processed. so we waited for half an hour and then we received a message that rupees 2905.06 has been deducted from my account. so I cancelled that page and then I gotta a call saying that my bill hasn't been payed.

This is the message I recived
An Amount of 2905.06 INR has been debited to A/c no XXXXXXX1008765 by POS transaction. on 02-JUL-16 10:36:03

As I have lost my 2 no.s of Airtel and I don't want to people misuse my no. So I'm requesting you to block it. My no.s are 7525036674 7525036673. Shri Durga Prashad Jewellers.

I called 121 for verification for Broadband connection after that they followed me for 1 week continuously atleast 3-4 calls per day. Finally i ask them to give connection then they ask for many documents and finally they come to my home and collect the document on 18-Jun-2016 12.40PM and collect the money and he asked me extra 100Rs for so i paid him 1100Rs. and send the document as per the direction by Airtel Head office person. He promised me within 3 working days i receive the connection.As per him i not received the connection so i called airtel customer care 121,044-44444121 & 18001030121 all these no and finally on 25-Jun-2016 i talk to a manager Sasikumar. He told he will send mail to back end team and did so, Next day i called but different manager talk to me and he told the same but he told he send mail to higher officials but in actual he not send any mail to anyone he just lied to me. which i was understand this on 28-Jun-2016 when i talk to an another manager. But he told my area connection is available only my application was not processed because there is no proper address proof.

Finally i submit the proof and on 1-Jul-2016 i received a message from Airtel stated that they will provide me connection within 3 working days. and on Monday 04-Jul-2016 again i receive a message it will take another 3 working days. So finally i thought i am going to get the connection so i want to conform that so i called 121 today evening 6.37PM your executive told my connection is cancelled because there is no feasibility in my area. A per your Ad you told Open question will get open answer. but what you are doing for last three weeks to find that there is no connection. I the mean time i requested them many time to cancel the connection and handover the money to me. every time they try to convince that i will give connection.
