i have purchased red mi note 3. unfortunately my mobile phone touch do not work. i complian to company with phone replace in company not response this particular problem solved. so plz given my phone replacement.

I received MI bands ordered by me yesterday. When I tried to sync, but it did not happen. I thought it has no charge. So I tried charging it. But it's not getting charged. The LED light is not blinking. This is so disgusting. Your customer care team is saying me to courier the product back to you for replacement. Just because you won't be giving good product why should I suffer and do courier by wasting money and time.

This is so disgusting. Some defective piece you will deliver. For exchange people will suffer, ridiculous service. Either you take it back and exchange it as this is your mistake.

My redmi note 3 is not charging well it drains my battery instead of charging it... What can i do to solve my problem... I hv just bought it before 1 month... Plz solve my problem quickly.

I had visited xiomi Service centre at Shivaji Nagar,Pune. My Redmi Note Power Button inside rubber was broken so button was difficult to work. So I visited the service centre for button replacement. Intially they told me that it will cost 115 rs. But after the service they start telling that they have changed the button and not did any service.So for new button it cost 200 rs. And also they denied to give any bill.This is fully frustrated.Need to take action against them.

I have Xiaomi RED MI phone, it takes too much time to restart the phone or some time does not restart after many trails when it switch off due to low battery.

Hi The concerned authority,

This is Rishi Ranjcan,bought an MI4 64 GB handset on 17th March 2015 for Rs.24000/-.This phone worked fine for 8-9 months.Then after it started troubling me.Once the phone restarted on its own.Then i thought that i must have mistakenly pushed the power button that's why it has happened. Then after sometime it started happening on a regular interval.It used to go on restart mode automatically and started getting stuck in the loop for minutes.When it comes back with the home screen,it had by that time drained out the mobile battery.

I thought that there must be some system update or some virus update pending because of which these are happening.So i did the update many times.That worked for some time.But ultimately i gave up and went to the MI Service centre to get help.

I handed over the phone to the service centre, Rohini, Delhi on 01st March 2016. Then on 21st March, 2016 after 20 days, i got a call from the centre that the mobile is repaired and the mother board has been replaced.I should collect.When i went there and i got the hands on to my handset, i concluded that some new problem has cropped up which was "no mobile network" even after inserting the SIM card.

The service centre guy took the phone back and returned the phone back exactly after one month (on 27th April 2016) with no problem and with new mother board as they said at the time of delivery.I also verified the IMEI no which was another one.But i could not convinced myself that the motherboard which was put in my mobile handset was new as the same old problem started coming back just after 3 days of the delivery of the phone.So the motherboard which must be fixed inside my handset must be sub standard or a old one of some other handset of other customer.

So request to look into the problem and oblige me by a new handset which does not have infected motherboard.

I would appreciate an early reply

My phone got damage at 05 instantly i had given in gallery they had said that between 4to6 ur phone will be in ur hand a month has been passed still my phone is nt repair they says that sir your mobile parts are not came yet what the hell is this plzzz dnt buy this type of product... beggar company.

I was buy redmi note 3,3 days back in amazon all of d mobile is good. But main problem is heating. Mobile is heating heavy while put in my pocket, my skin also heated.Not operated in my hands. So please.... kindly give me a solution on this Issue.

I had bought a xiaomi redmi note 3. But I am facing problem while making/receiveing calls as this dumb phone does not catch network. I have tried to contact customer care toll free nos many times, But got no concrete response. I have to face severe problem as I am using the handset officially. I am unable to receive my official call causing me business losses.

I think I made a mistake to buy this phone.

Hi, there is problem in my phone relate wid mi account and i forgot my pass and id of mi account and phone got stop and i am not able to do any work by my phone. when i visit mi service center bhopal they say don"t update your phone other wise this problem will be held again. so sir plzzzz advise me what to do because i cant update the latest version of mi for this i always be thankful to u.

I would I to inform you that my MI Remote in Redmi Note 3 does not support every TV, AC and Set-Top box. I have left the model number but still it's not working after the update. I would also like to make you guys aware that the camera's condition gets spoil after a certain period of time so do something about it.

And there is 1 request that please upgrade the Android to "marshmallow". And also sometimes the fingerprint sensor and touch doesn't work on my phone, so what am I supposed to do. Please take some action. It my humble request. Hope you will do something soon.

Dear Lakhvinder Ji,

As per your instruction I visit at your service center in Vadodara but it was close from last 4 days. After that I call again to your call center regarding this problem and I communicate to miss nayan all things and after that I request to call transfer to senior person after 8 min call disconnect without inform or not communication senior person.

After that I again call to your call center and first talk with mr. Ravishankar and he was force to do some online excise which I already done from last 4 days after that I request to talk with senior person and I talk with Mr Harsh and as per his last communication company was not replace my mobile and I have to wait for next latest version, after lunch next latest version your problem is solve ie. means I have to wait for next latest version…

Is this type of service are going to give customer??

After lot of conversations on toll free no. & email, My device (under warranty ) has not been send back to me after opting the 'Pick mi" service' offered by Xiaomi itself (customer paid service) for sending the device at their customer service centre.

Very irresponsible service from customer service.

I forgot Mi password and phone is not responding, now what should i do....???? plz respond to my problem as soon as possible.

I want to buy redmi note 3 32gb dark grey but it is not available at any site. I am waiting for this phone for last 1 month. If it will not available in stock , i'll have to buy other brand's phone . Pls tell me when it will back in stock at which site soon because i like this phone. So that i and others can believe on redmi.

I bought xiaomi redmi note about 1 month ago. At the first few weeks it was working perfectly,but suddenly one day I can't use what's app and Facebook by using mobile data .So I am kindly asking to fix this problem.

In last week I got a mI not 3 it is good phone and very welldone phone but sir yesterday in the rain I kept the phone on my pocket. After the rain I open my phone it is not working because inside that phone water will damaged my phone. So please immediately repair that phone because my important documents are inside the phone. It has been approx two months since my Xiaomi mi4i phone is at the mi India service centres. first 15-20 days at the siliguri service centre and they returned the phone to me without any repair in fact the phone they returned to me had 10 percent battery life which drained soon and the phone went off neither accepting the charge from any charger nor switching on.

I then sent the phone to the head office in Ahmedabad through pick mi service paying additional courier charges on 7th may 2016. they had assured that the phone shall be returned after repair within 7 days. its been 5 weeks now and i have not got my phone back. To every emails and phone calls they have only one reply- :"WE APOLOGIZE, PLEASE GIVE US SOME MORE TIME, THE PHONE IS UNDER PRODUCTION". I am seriously frustrated. kindly help.

I have purchased MI Note Prime before 3 months. i have submitted it to the service centre before 1 month but still the problem was not solved. After 3 months of purchasing the Motherboard of the phone has been damaged. As soon in a week i want my problem solved or give another phone in the replacement.

Just bought Xiaomi Redmi 2 prime a month ago. Everything was fine but after a week I am facing some serious heating issue it goes 45+ degree celcius. Is there any way to solve this problem?

i have bought Mi4i 6 months ago.but now a day my phone will be bend. I think this bending problem is generated by over heating of a battery. But the main reason is what? I don't know. When i meet to the customer care then they said to consult Mi service support, And also they said to write a mail to service.in @xiaomi.com.

I bought MI note4G 9 months ago and now i am facing problem in Side Key. Agra Customer care is not providing the part and no proper response has been giving by customer care on toll free no. also. This MI company is fraud and do wrong business in India to cheat here and this Chinese company is dispatching its worst quality product in India compare to what they are selling in China.
