I have a bad experience in the past and also in the present because the company does not care upto customers satisfaction. I have booked tickets on the sector Delhi- Kolkata on 25.6.2015 which was cancelled on 24.6.2015 on my request. But till today I have not got my money refunded from the company. pnr no-GY5VJQ. this is very bad on the part of the company and I swear that I will never recommend any of my known person to fly with your company.

sir,
this is to inform you that you have deducted more than 50% from the fare i paid my journey from Mumbai to Kochi and back. my pnr is T92QHW. My phone no. is 9594813262. flight no. sg153 Mumbai-Kochi on 24-07-2015 and sg446 kochi - mumbai on 29-07-2015. amount paid at the time of booking is Rs.6882.00. the refund amount is Rs.3082.00. this is very unfair. if you check your travel history you will find that i travel many time with spicejet. now i, my family or my friends whom i can influence shall not travel by spicejet in future, however attractive might be the offer.

I have not yet received the refund of my cancelled flight ticket SG104 / SG2427 dtd 26 jan 2016 from chennai to chandigarh, which was cancelled by your office due to flight schedule adjustment. please credit the same amount to my account at the earliest. I am a regular traveller with your flight and i do wish to continue with your services. But if the status remains the same probably i will have to opt for other airlines as well as lodge a complaint against you in the consumer forum. Make necessary arrangements so that i receive the amount in my account at the earliest.

The 2nd passenger with me is a Finnish national and her name listed on passport is KRISTA KATARIINA LEIPÄLÄ. i am just concerned about her last name's alphabet which is Ä Ä. Should i enter this alphabet exactly as her on passport or i can enter in normal english. Please do let me know. Because i do not know how to enter this type of Finnish english alphabets. Thanks!!

I travelled via SpiceJet from Kochi to Delhi via Bombay on 15th March, 2016. Departure from Koch 1910 and was to arrive at DEL at 2355 same day. After the passengers deboarded at Mumbai we were made to sit in the flight for some 15 minutes or so and later told to vacate and take another flight. As per the order we did and found the other flight already with many passengers. As we took the seat, an announcement was made that some runway problems existed and we had to wait for another 15 minutes and another announcement and the announcements continued. We neither could use the toilets. For three hours we were made to sit on -board and they were kind enough to give a paper glass water!

I called the air hostess and told her that I am diabetic and travelling all the way from Kochi and feeling down and giddy. Her standard answer was that she could do nothing. I said I would like to talk to the pilot, but she said they will not. I told her why can't she gave us something to eat that was already stacked - again the same answer. A Chinese boy sitting next to me took out a box of noodles and requested for hot water -(Athithi Devo Bhava) - no she did not give. After 3 hours or so the flight took off and by that time I became so tired and down that I was literally fainting. At that point a girl next to me said they are giving noodles to those who are going and asking for it. I slowly went and asked - no again..It was too much for me. I literally demanded and then she Obliged! What a service! And thus after 3.15 or so we reached Delhi airport.

My husband had equal problems coming and picking me. He had to come twice from home as he was already at the airport and after my message he went back and came all the way from Rohini, Delhi at that hour to pick. And the air hostess is announcing a thankyou for traveling in your SpicJet..Do you thnk any one of us required that Thankyou? It was just disgusting Sir/Madam! How are you going to compensate me? Had I fainted what would have you done with me? I need a full explanation and want to know how are you compensating me? Are common people worthless? I can write pages after pages about this sad experience.

Thanking you in anticipation,
Aruna Gopal

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a defense personnel. I booked a flight from Delhi to Bangalore with PNR No.-Z1HSRE. When i got my ticket booked it was showing base fare Rs. 4499 which was crossed and after concession it was shown Rs. 3289 which is not 50% of base fare as per airlines rule it should be Rs. 2250. So the point is airline is charging 1000 Rs. Extra from armed forces personnel. They are not giving direct 50% concession on base fare for civilian. Kindly give reply to my query as soon as possible. I will wait for your reply. Please keep military personnel right in mind.

PNR -Y7ZJRC, FLT NO.2192, SEAT NO 5A& 5B. Dharamshala to Delhi on 05/04/16.

I had booked Two in flight meals for self and my wife on this flight. The service standard was not only poor but it also unhygenic thereby compromised the flight safety, We were served the sand witches without any tissue papers. On my request, the steward picked up some tissues papers from the wash room and dumped them in front me. In this process he had touched with his bare hands the wash room door knob picked up the tissue paper touched by many other passengers who had been there. It left me with a very repulsive feeling and bad taste.

Please provide the tissue papers if you are not doing so far. This is a very basic courtesy while serving meals to your passengers who in any case pay for it. And if you do provide and your in flight cabin crew have failed in carrying out their basic job as in this case, then you need to pull them up . This display of carelessness attitude if not corrected can lead to a serious flight safety. It certainly doesn't augur well for your Airline. I have been in Aviation industry over 45 years and never came across such attitude of in flight cabin crew. Please look into the matter and let me know action taken by you.

I have booked air ticket on 28th may 2016 with the confirmed status flight sg 152 (bom-gau) on 28th july 2016. Unfortunately without additional services purchased. Now, how to include pre book excess check-in baggage, meals, seat, etc.?

i am very disappointed with spicejet as i have got my luggage 3 days after i landed in mumbai. My SG-014 was from dubai to mumbai on 30th may. When i landed at the airport i found my luggage missing (4 out of 6 bags were missing). Fortunately i got my luggage on 3rd june but many items in my luggage are still missing like perfumes and crockery items. I am sure that these items are stolen from the airport either by the locals of by the staff. This is just of many .Almost 150 bags were not there at the airport of the same flight. You will suffer a lot if this continues.

I was traveling from amritsar to mumbai a week back on 22/08/2016 flight number SG 415. The fight was suppose to take off by 2.40pm but due to technical issues the flight was a delayed by a couple of hours. We as passengers were very irate with the delay but on board flight attendants handled the irate passengers & the cranky kids on board in a very helpful and professional manner. They also took good care of the complaining n aggressive passengers.

I had my flight from Dehradun to Delhi SG103 on 7th October ,2016. I was carrying my air pistol with me as I had my championship in Delhi. I had informed the spice jet officials prior to my travel about the same. Apart from that I was also carrying my shooter id card issued by National rifle Association of India
the membership card of my shooting academy, circular of the championship, permission letter from my academic institution and also an information letter from my academy on their letter head with a stamp. I agree to the fact that security is of utmost importance at the airport but genuine reasons should definitely be taken into consideration.

I was charged an amount of 5000 Rs for carrying an air pistol for which I had all genuine documents. Your official in Dehradun charged me for this but your official in Delhi looked at the same documents and told me that they should have not levied such unnecessary charges on me if I had all the documents.
Kindly look in to the matter .Your consideration will be highly appreciated.
