My no is 9557381111 and my bill is 2561. there is a call from customer care for favor of 561 and pay 2000 and mean while they also comment that your bill also wave off the time your number services is band but as such i paid the bill on 20/April/2016 at outlet in bareilly up. And the whole amount is again in my bill. please contact for detail explanation.

In pushkar have a recharge shop sunny mobiles. he do fake recharge to all 1 rs fg recharge and take more then recharge value. make 1 rs recharge and taking 10 Rs 20 Rs if any customer say about this he directly abuse to airtel and say go to airtel and say he have permission for take extra money from airtel . please make a compliant and do some thing about this seller. seller details below

On 13 Apr 2016 I visited the Airtel office at shivarkar road a Wanawadi, Pune 411040 and put my regular services on hold since I was going abroad on 14 Apr 2016 for 6 months or more. I was advised to have international roaming only and pay per use of your services, which I did. However I am still receiving regular post paid bills good the the telephone and internet services. Please correct the error since I am using neither service. Thanks. Krishna.

Why a reputed company like airtel started extortion?, This is my question to you because of my experience. If any service need to be activated whether it is my request or your WISH, it need to be confirmed from the user. In my case money is deducted and customer executive is advising me don't touch unwanted screen. Arrreee sir! If any of ur user touch that nature of screen money is need to be deducted but first it is to be confirmed with customer. OR U ARE EAGERLY WAITING TO CUT THE MONEY. The case is to be in notice with seniors. Reference no. Of my call with customer care is 20512282437 & 10512270125.

I live in wanganpora Eidgah Srinagar Jammu & Kashmir, India near dispensary. In our area airtel network is very weak I complain it many times but no response from ur team. as I have 2 airtel numbers 9797045530 postpaid and 9906626591 prepaid very weak network indore only one tower in my phone and we can't hear voice properly at time of calling. In our area Eid Gah there are more than 5 colony wanganpora, Rathpora, shahi Hamdan colony, sayed kamaludin colony etc etc. In these areas there is very weak network and data connection problem also very low speed. All people are forwarding with other companies like idea and Reliance and Aircel which have very strong network in our area and very good speed in 2g and 3g services. so I deeply request you to please make it good service otherwise in future airtel has no response.

I am user of airtel 4G. my 4g net not working for 7 days from April 29 to May 5th due to error from your side. I called several times to customer care and they promise me that your bill will be adjusted, but now I got a bill of Rs. 1139. Again, I called customer care and they said our executive will call you in 48 hours and adjust the bil, but I did not receive any call from your side. please do the needful and adjust my bill because I was not able to use the internet due error from your internet. Hi, this is Ravi and my landline number is 040-40146951. From several days onwards we are facing severe problems about our Broadband Bill Amount and some others bill amount. Hi sir. I'm ur old customer i wanna say that in February i got a offer of reducing local calls 30paisa/min and that offer is for 6 months but i just got 3 months. When i told this problem to your customer care than they said that just use it it ill automatically increase to 6 months and now it's doesn't increase and moreover my more than 60 rs are detected because i think than call rate is 30paisa/min but it's normal rate. So i want my money back because this is ur mistake u didn't increase my offer for 6 month as offer comes to me so kindly increase my validity and refund my money also.. Thank you
