I have purchased this USHA SHRIRAM RO water purifier on Date 03.04.2018 and the unit was installed on date: 05.04.2018 by your authorised technician. The particular unit stopped working on 11.08.2018 after installation. I had launched a complain on Date: 11.08.2018 as per complain no. 74124, but no technician visited, again I complained on Date: 21.08.2018 as per complain no. 74159. After 3 days a technician visited and he told only the membrane needs to be changed on cash payment, even though the item is under warranty. I have purchased a new membrane & fixed it, but the same problem continued.

Again I complained on date: 24.10.2018, The technician of “SURYA AGENCEY, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA” inspected and he told me that, I launched your problems to my higher authority, they will immediately solve your problem of water purifier. I have called the technician 2 - 3 times. I am very sorry to say that after three times complains, our R.O. water purifier is not repaired till date. How do I believe that a famous company’s, water purifier or any other products are good products? That is the suspected question in between people due to the poor service. At the purchase time I have a fully believed the USHA SHRIRAM product goods are very good in performance and services. But, your service against complains is very poor.
