Sbi reject my application
Sbi reject my application no.2031806033753. Without showing any resion but my rep. Say code U4 that mins over km range. Then why not close my saving/salary a/c and sbimf a/c with code U4. Now ill close my sbimf a/c and sbi sb a/c very soon & go with HDFC bank a/c with mf and c. Card. Also ill advice all persons close sbi. Go with HDFC.

Unable to contact the Customer Care to inform about Refusal of my credit card from my side due to my personal reasons. Very worst service. Each day I am receiving 20 phone calls about the status of my credit card but no one is helping me in spite of my refusal. Hi,
I am calling to all toll free but I not getting an option to contact customer service representative or executive. Credit card annual fee problem first gave card and told me no annual fee, then after one year send the statement 3,500 rupees. How is possible to pay the bill.
This is my 1st email to you all requesting you all to waive off my annual charge of my credit card, as it was said that this card will be for free, but still you all are not waiving off my annual charge of credit card.

Wrong amount charged in credit card
I have purchased phone in amazon using sbi card and did 12 months emi. I have cancelled that order in amazon and they given amount back to bank but i am being charged every month emi.
Last month I spoke to customer care they told they have received amount and emi will not charge from next month and they will give benefit of last month. I paid amount in this month but again charged emi no benefit given i am trying 50 times that customer care number but no one answered.

Date 04/05/2018 the call from sbi credit card Branch and take my all information about my card by saying to i m verify your card give me some details miss sheetal 8510094801 And his senior mr.kartik srivastava 8447990894. He described some health policy, family tour and gift voucher of shirts etc. But i m showed when he say this items and facilities you pay 7809/-rupees in 24 month.
Then i say sir i am not interested about this plan But he say this amount 7809/- is debit from your account. He is not listning my complaint and disconnect my phone. What i can do sir? may you help me please. Totally fraud with me.... please help me.

I have very bad experience in using this card so many reasons to explain following
1. so many taxes added in bill amount.
2. no customer care support available.
3 .if u have miss to pay even 1rs from bill amount u have to pay interest for all bill amount.

I want to cancel my SBI credit card
Sbi issued me a credit card. I rejected that card for annual charges reason. I rejected it from blue dart. Even i didn't take that card in my hands. But still now every month i got a payment message from sbi. Sooo many times i would try to contact sbi customer care. I tried to contact each and evrey number in online. But unable to contact representative. What is the solution of my problem & how can i contact sbi credit card departments..?? So Cancel my CC of SBI.
