I called Riya travels cochin thrice. Every time they pick up a call and says they are transferring the calls and puts us on hold for 10 minutes and more. I wonder what is making them so busy. If this is the service before booking a package I dread what would be the scene if we book a holiday with you. Glad to opt out.
