I want to know, how much money is left in our account?

I am a regular customer of reliance trends kottayam.today`s shopping experience was little bitter. i have a suggestion that kindly display offers on every single items covered under discount, customer are confused how much discount he is getting on a particular item.today there was a board displaying up to 50% discount,but how much discount is available for a particular item can be known at the time of billing,its not sounds good.if you mention the offers at the point of selection it will be better to avoid embarrassment at the time of billing.

Please, refund my money as soon as possible, i have already returned the product.

This is to inform you my strong regrets and concerns to you that I have faced a very very very bad behaviour from changanacherry reliance trends.

The staffs were very arrogant and they were busy trying to prove me wrong. I am a regular customer of reliance trends since quite long time. My last purchase was on 1st January 2019. I have purchased for 4504.02 INR. I Have transacted the money through my Indusind debit card
(01-jan-2019. MC POST TXN AT INRELIANCE CHANGANACHERRY 527898XXXXXX2047 274422159946071832 862128 41354585) after payment they gave me three cards
1. Kids card 1000rs.
2. Online purchase card 000rs.
3. Shop purchase card 1000rs.

But the kids card they have given me was an old card... they gave me a card which shows the expiry date was old in kids card.

When I went to the shop and told about this today (25-01-2019) they have told me that I am a thief and I am trying to cheat them.

I am a well established doctor by profession.. and I don't have to cheat a well established and esteemed firm like reliance for 1000 rs. And ofcourse I am not short of money or dress to cheat someone for 1000rs. I came to reliance shop for the trust and word given by 'reliance" on my last purchase.

If you do these kind of arrogance towards your trusted customers like this... These kind of shops won't survive long.... above all there is power which guide each and everyone for truth and justice... I know I am perfectly correct... Do you Reliance?

The name "RELIANCE" itself a big zero That I assume from today's incident. They don't have the basic humanitarian concerns for their customers.

I don't no how I will get the feed back .. or will the customer care mind this... but this is my grievance. This is not for a fight or demand for a compensation. but this is what I feel from the inhuman behaviour of the staffs at changanacherry Reliance.

Hi,

Today (28/06/20) I visited reliance trends for purchasing new products and exchanging some products which is already purchased on dated.... Rs-00/- But found very poor services waiting 3 hour for exchange and asking other charged for exchange by store manager and staff.

I very old customer of reliance trends till starting store from Allahabad, Varanasi, Bhopal, Seoni malwa but today not satisfied with services of reliance trends.

Very rude behaviour and bad experience. Not going to visit anymore.

On 11th May ' 24 I visited Reliance Trends, Shimla store which is situated Near Secretariat Chotta Shimla along with my whole family. I am a regular customer of Trends but I faced a very rude and in human behavior by the male staff of that store. Trends Shimla has it's own parking for 2-3 vehicles and at that time there was no vehicle in the parking. I parked my car there for some time as we had to purchase some clothes from that store only. There is a Municipal parking near the gate of Trends. M.C. parking had nothing to do as I had parked my car in the personal parking of Trends but one person came and started misbehaving with me and my family members and demanded for the charges of parking. I reported the matter inside Trends regarding the demand of charges whereas I had parked my car in Trends parking. Trends male staff also started misbehaving with me and told me that you will have to pay the money. One of the male member came outside and started misbehaving with me and my family and compelled me to pay the money to that person. I told them that I am going back from there and not going to buy anything from the store after facing this rude behavior by the staff. They told me no problem pay the charges and go. That person did not allow me to go without paying the money to that person of M.C. parking.

In this case is the male staff involved with that person of M.C. parking ???? They have nothing to do the reputation and sale of the store. Is anybody will go to that store again after facing this rude and in human behavior by the staff of that store. I am going to to publish this matter in the local news papers of Himachal Pradesh as well as on the social media.
