Paytm — Rs 250 not refunded

I was trying to recharge on my Dth #01512671946 however Rs250 is deducted from my Sbi bank account. But recharge was not done. Also Rs. 250 is still not refunded to my account. Order no.#1385684159 .

I received my order at time. I am so happy, but when I found no cash back is received in my paytm wallet. Where is the problem..?? When you credit my cash back in my paytm wallet...??? Where you have problem to gave me my cash back in my paytm wallet...???

Due to several technical reasons i have reached OTP limit, so please increase the same immediately as I need to book travel ticket as soon as possible.

Everything is ok till the cash code to be filled but when we press the proceed button then it's not work, further even not any processing shows.
