I didn’t get my refund of my this return
I didn’t get my refund of my this return body active blue. Return id 4026191523 & amount Rs 532.35.
Regarding order number is 11092802675 2548324101
I have ordered this on 9th May. And I didn't like it so I returned the product. I was supposed to give my account details for refund but I gave my card details that was my mistake. And it's been almost 20 days there is no any response of refund to my account. I have called saveral times to jabong but they re saying the transaction has been successful from here but my query is when I have given my card details inspite of account details. How is it possible that the payment has been done. I have talked several time to the bank customer care too. Now I want you to look after the matter sincerely. Kindly help me out.
