The good year tyre experience is really bad and a nightmare for me. I bought Tata Tigor xt model in April 2018 , and the one of the tyres is cut from from side wall in just 4800 kms run.

When I contacted the customer care regarding this issue, they told me to contact your nearest dealer of the Tata car from where they will issue me a letter head on the name of good year tyres from where I'll got the solution by the mean time. The complaint was registered on 11th of August but they confirmed me the meeting on 27th of August. This is a non sense thing. Just think 11th of August to 27th of August without a wheel??? How can I drive my car?

On that steppeni that is 13 inches, an inch less than the rest of the fitted tyres in the car. (Fitted tyres are of 14 inches). Then what will happen to the alignment and suspension of my car?? And one thing about providing a service tyre, as the inspection meeting is scheduled on 27th of August, They are providing me a totally scrapped tyre. How can I run a brand new car with a total scraped tyre.

I'm harassed by the good yet dealer or your company from 11th of August. They called me to provide a service tyre, but on the name of service tyre they are providing me a scrapped tyre which is useless. This is the responsibility of the good year to inspect immediately or provide me alternate tyre till the date of inspection. I am professional man and I am harassed.

Sir, I have purchased two pair tractor tyre small pellet (stone) injured the tyre but dealer not accept it responsibility of warranty.

I bought a Hyundai Eon car in 2016 and it has driven 45000 its all tyre has been damaged. Kindly replaced my tyre. If you do not replace then I have go to consumer court and i have to dispute case.

My Grand I10 3 tyres has been damaged as engineer told me only in 2.5 years and about 32000 km. That should be replaced. Please take my request forward and revert it as soon as possible.

Please don't buy Tyre if you love your life. They are really really bad and there complaint handling is worst. Also, they just burst at high speeds. It is a fact that they just don't care about the customer once they sell the Tyre. Even genuine claims will be rejected out rightly without undergoing any sort of inspection. They are usually expensive than other brands but the extra price is not worth as the Tyre quality is really bad. I am requesting to all people that it is a very bad idea to buy Goodyear Tyre. I have made this mistake and now paying the price of my mistake. There are other brands with reasonable price which are much better options than buying this worthless tyres.

Suddenly I check tyre tyre was demage from inside of tyre and when I came to Delhi back and go to my tyre dealer he told m that come after 3 day and then I go again he told m again that ki inspection men not come then he said come after 2 days and today then I again go after 10 days he said ki hamara closing m change nhi kr skte hreason unka tha ki tyre k price increase ho rhe h to hum nhi change kr skte. I tyre quality was so pathetic and bad quality of rubber of tyre and this company tyre so bad. so pls be aware from Goodyear tyre.
