Instead of ezeegi this company shd be named difficult go.com. This was first time I booked with ezeego and it was worst experience. Me and my son reached Port Blair with different flights and at different time. they assured picking each one of us and also charged it beforehand but when my son reached there no one was there to receive him and when he called them on local no he dint pick up. my son was there standing helpless then he hired a cab and reached hotel their hotel was a budget hotel with no basic amenities and they said that they have booked a 3 star property for us. Hotel sunsea resort was similar to a lodge, then according to itinerary that day they they were to take us to Ross island but since their vehicle was full so they dint take us to Ross island. when we reminded they said on 4 day we will take you there. point to be noted we we're 6 members and they could have easily arranged a cab since weather was good that day and ferries we're going. then we went to Neil island. bpacked breakfast provided to us by hotel Sea side were plane breads without butter.

At Havelok we we're given 3 rooms in which a was not functioning in one room. Hotel Holiday inn said all rooms were full and there was no option but to adjust in 2 rooms but they charged us for 3 rooms. becz money was already deposited. when we returned to Port Blair they said ferries we're not working because of bad weather and so Ross island has to be cancelled. on the same day they could have arranged our site seeing to cellular jail and museum but inspire of insisting they dint and took us to chidiatapu but we couldn't reach there too because they reached late and there was traffic jam. on last day when we had to catch flight they organised our visit to cellular jail samudrika and anthropological museum which was not possible since we had to rush to our airport timely. so in short it was total loss of our money and time. disgusting ezeego
