sir, I am looking last fifteen days metro frequency is very poor at the peak hours at 8am to 8.30am at merto station sector-13. It is coming more then 15 minutes gap. One Metro comes on at 08.16am while other comes on 08.30 am., apart from this there is on display on the screen. Tell us have any problem in Metro frequency and why? Please rectify the problems.

I am a daily commuter of Metro. One of the exit gate at laxmi nagar metro station is closed due to which we face heavy rush while getting out from the metro Station. I shall be grateful if you could look into the matter and solve the existing problem by opening the closed exit gate.

I have complain two time at your customer care center regarding the clock of the metro station at Vishwa Vidyalaya is not working from many days but the action is not taken yet.

I have a request to dmrc for yellow line timings in morning; yellow line starts at 6 am in the morning from rohini sec 18 which is really becomes very inconvenient for the passenger who have to travel to Huda city center and has to reach by 7 am so for that passengers has to take metro from Delhi University now to reach Delhi University passenger has to take find some other convenc and on SUNDAY metro start from jhangir puri at 6 am and from rohini it's start very late at 8 am .why it is there are people who also have travel on Sunday in the morning so it's my humble request to DMRC that please give yours some precious time to think about private job passenger and do the needful as soon as possible.

Hi Concern,

I am a daily commuter of Metro. I have recharged by card (no-76345562) on 16th July 2018 at 4:10 pm but was unable to top through AVM machine. Metro customer care team told me that card is damage thats why is not working. they deposited by my card and taken 50 rupees with it from me. Now they are issue new card but not given by top-up amount which was done through paytm. I also had words with Paytm team they said metro will provide me my amount as order was successful from paytm issue. Please help me in getting back my amount.

Also the balance in my damage was approx. 300-350 but now metro customer care team is giving me new with balance of 165 rupees only. this is total fraud.

Dear DMRC team, on 17/0/2018 at 8.02am, i recharge my metro card Rs-200/ from my paytm wallet but while taping my card at AVM machine then showing error,i already discussed this matter at merto station also paytm customer care. please resolve my concern.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday i had gone for my RRB Group D exam at budhpur bus stand and this stop nearby jahangirpuri so i went tugalkabad to jahangirpuri by metro. I have cash only 350 rupees and ATM Card . I haven't metro card so i want to purchased metro card and i went tugalkabad metro counter i given 200 rupees and i said that give me a metro card and recharge and he recharged Rs 100 and metro card charge 50 rupees and balance(50) return but i wanted to full recharge live this .Then i reached to jahangirpuri metro station then my balance is 46 rupees and cash 200 so when i went to my exam center then i am serious because i have not proper balance for return home . I was hunger so i expense 40 rupees and i given 40 rupees for bag submit out of exam center i had only Rs 120 . That's why when i came to return metro counter then i said that recharge 100 rupees then counter man say that minimum recharge 200 rupees then i was very sad so again i say that plz recharge 100 Rs but he didn't listen me so i went almost 50 Meter nearby ATM machine again return metro station and recharge 200 rupees so i want to say that I request you change your T&C or if anybody recharge minimum 100 rupees then action counter man.

I travel daily from Kashmiri Gate to Faridabd route on Violet line in the evening. There are many drunken passengers who travel in Violet line and very high smell of liquor comes in coach.

I want to ask
Why Delhi Metro allow such passenger to board the metro who are drunken?
Why there is no policy & measures to tackle these passenger?

Request Delhi Metro to provide solution of this problem.
