Hi,

I am unable to book a particular stay so as to not avail my credit for first stay of 2200 INR. This is so disgusting and disheartening. What is the point of Credit amounts if we cant use them.

I can mail you the Tariff details and the error snapshots which doesn't allow me to book the stay for the mentioned dates. Though the stay has not been taken yet. i have been trying to book it since two days.
