Hello, The website - wonderchef.in is not reachable. Is there a new link?

I purchased nutriblend black and it is giving burning smell whenever it is used. The company representative checked on complaint with customer care within warrnrty period and advised that yes it will continue to come but don't open. It is first time that any mixer that i have used is giving such a problem. I wonder whether I should stop buying Wonderchef products and use the other products.

Where can i get my mixer repaired, i cant find the service center.

I purchased Wonderchef Mixture cum grinder well advertised on TV with Chef Shri Sanjeev Kapoorji, on 1st April 2016, it started giving trouble, the jar bottom plastic rubber ( Male and female) started leakage, I complaint and to my surprise co. inform me that it is not covered under warranty. Further Jar which has very small nob to fix the jar in machine are broken again it is not covered under warranty. I recommend all the viewers not to purchase such items of wonderchef.

This is with reference to my order dated 21-04-2019, wrt to out product wonderchef Granite Cassarole with lid (20cm) purchased on Amazon. Would like to bring it to your notice the the non stick coating has all started coming out within a month, as the company provides "2years warranty" on "Non Stick Coating", need your guidance on how to go about this.

Very bad, this coating is defective the care not attend call. how resolve my problem.

I purchased an egg boiler on 17th of august.For which i didn't get any tracking id. The amount was deducted from my account against treasure retail pvt ltd.After i mailed a number # SR0107385 was generated to confirm that my mail was received by wonderchef. Everytime i talk to your cce they told that they had acknowledged their senior about this and i will get my refund as soon as possible. According to my knowledge it hardly take less than 5 days for refund but it was already more than a week.

So it is my humble request to please look into this matter and do the needful as early as possible which is expected from a reputed company like wonderchef.
