I have submitted for my complaint for last one week but no any response for your side. I am purchase Samsung galaxy for 5th april but after some time the phone is not proper working message is network is not in registered. I am complaint daily bit not any response till date . Why are u happening for the customer. Please replace for my phone otherwise I submitted this case in consumer court know. The sd card was duplicate and this was told by scandisk customer care, so I ordered to replace my product. It was said to replace it in 4-5 days but after 6-7 month till today it is not replaced.

i have ordered my alan jones striped necked t shirt few days ago, but its size is very unfit for me so i decided to return the t shirt and i enter my request on the website to return my product. Few days later when a service man from ecart come for pickup of my product , he says that the brand is not matched as described on the website and really the brand is different, flipkart delivered me a wrong product. This is a wrong shipment. I have ordered alan jones branded t shirt but this brand is "s&g". I want to ask why flipcart give me a duplicate product. Why not original. I want to return my t shirt. So i request you to register my complain related to "wrong shipment" (duplicate product).

Hello.. i'm having trouble regarding the USB data cable of my new lenovo vibe p1m, data cable is not working properly thats why i need to change it. But at Telecom Solutions, Janakpuri, Delhi service center they refuse to change as they said the cable is not in warranty period or not changeable and my USB cable is in warranty. I have ordered one no. Manipol massager white on Date- 24-03-2016 worth price 621.33 with Taxes. its order id is – OD405565667198108000 and Invoice no- F0DPTDL16-2610.

Since I was out of station at the time of delivery, my consignment was delivered at my neighbors house. When I collected the parcel and opened it I found that 2 nos. of massager attachment (white Dotted massager cap) are missing from the box. Immediately I called to your customer care and informed about the incident (Please refer complaint no. IN1604151502314035089). Since than I am continuously following up for the replacement of my product but till date the issue has not been resolved.

First time the customer care officer Registered my complained and assured me to resolve the issue within 7 days. Second time they said to me that “we have not any piece in stock, when we arrange we will call you and delivered to you.” Third time when I call on Flipkart the customer care officer said to me that “we will not replace and Refund the money because the replacement schedule of dates was expaired, it will work only after 10 days of delivery, your complained is out of date so we will not to change and refund this piece.

I am very much upset to see the kind of treatment a company like “FLIPKART “ giving to its customer. Once again I am requesting you to please resolve my issue otherwise I will be forced to knock the door of consumer court.

Hi!!! I'm feeling very bad to write this mail,thanks to the service u provided. I'm loyal customer of flip-kart but u have always cheated with me u can see my orders. I have purchased Redmi prime mobile right from i got it was something wrong with it. It was getting hot battery issue i have noticed this frequently i had called customer care ex. I have requested 3 times for return the phone but u people rejected it now the phone has stopped working its completely dead now u say its beyond 28 days but u dint replaced in 28 days of delivery also though i have requested 3 times.

Its very pathetic thing u don't care Ur loyal customers. This has happened previously also and its making me very furious and forcing me to take legal action against u. I have support from consumer forum and social media. Please think carefully and do the rest, i wont say anything now.

I ordered Oppo f1 phone from ur site bt didnt get sim ejector tool and the selfie stick. Selfie stick was not mentioned in your site but mentioned in the invoice. Now I want both of them as they are mentioned in the invoice.

Flipkart is burning your fingers. I have ordered a Gade Collapsible Stainless Steel Wardrobe but have instead got a shoerack. Very strange indeed. All templates appear when you are searching for registering a complaint.

but i received damage stock its software and touch properly is not working, when i request for return so flipkart rejected my request. i humbly request to flipkart plz return this item or back my money. i will never shopping with you, coz your site is totally fake.

I buy a Philips SPA150/94 Laptop/Desktop Speaker in flipkart on 21 January and i got a defective piece. I complaint to flipkart customer service at same day and after a long struggle i got a replacement of new speaker on 28th Jan order no OD305020465206837000. After replacement this speakers also having same issue. I really worried about and faced so many problems on this. I having a doubt it is a branded one or local made. i totally frustrated after purchasing this speakers. Please take your genuine speakers and refund my amount.

When your courier partner delivered my product your product outer package is not tampered in delivery time and when I am open the box internal box are empty then I am very shocked. please solve my problem, why your not understand my problem.
