Company is working good but the customer care executive do not reply to customer's questions properly. They misguide them and give them the wrong information. Pls keep a check on such employees so that the company doesn't have to suffer because of this.

I hv got ported from Docomo, Airtel people promise me i would get 7 gb data for 449 plan wen I have got activated I couldn't see any of it except 3 gb I got downloaded Airtel my app I saw a banner day it extra5gb for 12 moths 90000 something like that. I Claimed it as per CSE knowledge but now I couldn't see any booster in my data plan its got number, I'm using I phone 5s. 7795194223

I was earlier using the airtel postpaid no 7387093235. That was a Maharashtra no. I used when I used to live in Pune. But now I have shut down this no. but I have an amount of Rs 415.84 which I have paid in advance and now I need refund of that money.

Kindly send that money back to my bank account or if you send it via check send the check to my new address..

Dear Sir,

I submitted a MNP request for my mobile no. 8123401485 from TATA DoCoMo (Prepaid) to Airtel prepaid on 12th November 2017. I received a message from Airtel that – “Your porting request has been sent to TATA teleservices (GSM). Same will be processed by 2017-11-17 20:18:22.0”

However, even after 7 days Airtel representative said to my request is under process.

As per my understanding my service from TATA DoCoMo discontinue as on 17th November still no service appearing at my mobile.

I again visited Airtel representative as on 24th November 2017 they assured to remain service within next 48 hours. Now also my mobile service is completely out of service its more than 2 weeks now and I can do nothing.

I tried calling on 18001031111 many times but did not received any response.

Request you to look into the matter and resolve the same. I don't want any delay for this.

I discussed to customer care regarding network. They replied that it's good network. Then I got recharged this no:9716009722. I'm using this bed network. This's dem worse network. Company shows airtel network, it's the best among companies's network. They prove that every where, it's excellent network but this is only thought. Company should check network at phase two in vijay vihar. I'm suffering with this very bed network. would that I would get my money back. For calling purpose. It's good but network noway.

Due to my SIM card issue as detected by the Airtel Team. i am not using my net since last 20 days and request more than 10-12 times to customer care and also 5-6 times visit to the Airtel store to resolve the issue. But though they assure to resolve the same immediate but still my problem is not solved. It is a post paid number.

All customer care person say wrong information they can only harass not customer care. if any body want port in airtel only when if you not need phone they take 5 to 15 days and your phone dead you cannot talk and send any thing not talk customer care without airtel no.

I'm using Airtel number 7349085143 for International roaming and this has been suddenly deactivated and this is for 2nd time and Airtel says the reason is Address verification could not be done successfully, My address is verified by many banks (AMEX, CITIBANK, AXIS BANK, INDUSLAND and others) but this is the case with a telecom company, currently I'm helpless as I do not have any other number for communication and in case of any emergency not sure whom can I contact, Airtel had promised me that my number will not be deactivated till I return India but it has been deactivated all of a sudden.

BTW, Address verification means the executive should reach our residence address and verify whether we're residing in the place but Airtel executives just called me and I replied as I'm out of India so he has made it as Address verification unsuccessful, Is this the way Airtel does the address verification.

Even after 12 or 14 hours there is no resolution. I need airtel to activate the service.

Airtel network is very poor and i complent so many times for this issues but they didn't fix it. I thing Airtel is very bad among all networks. Customers also not working good they only says our teams are working in your area, don't worry but they didnt fix it. So I request to Airtel team that resolve my internet problem.
