My huawei E3121 modem is not properly working. When i click the connect button it is connecting but that uplink and downlink is showing 0kb. Is there any setting need to change. Pls reply any one.

Recently it shows 403 Not Allowed with ray id:18815cd1114e0bc9 it takes some time to connect and automatically it gets disconnected. Kindly say what to do to resolve this???

hello, I'm using WIN 7 SP1, when I'm using my device it gets connected, but immediately I'll get an error message asking to close the Application, the reason says like APPCRASH. but still It's connected and it will not measure the actual data usage, kindly tell me how to solve the issue. I've used your Data Doctor V2 no use.

The Error 522 started again from yesterday 4-dec-2014 because of the website " huaweidevice.co.in " was not in live version. Kindly make the site as live version to use the huawei modem.Because it is the server error of the huawei company, they only can solve this problem by making their website "huaweidevice.co.in" to a live version (i.e) the huaweidevice.co.in website must come to online. Any doubts check this website from any of your alternate internet connections.

Hi - I have the same problem today ( using Mobile Partner 23.009.09.02.910 ), and many many times in the past.

Today I tried something which seems to have worked ( so far anyway ).

1. I shut down Mobile Partner
2. In my Program Files (x86) folder, I found the Mobile Partner folder.
3. In my Mobile Partner folder, I found the 'plugins' folder.
4. In the 'plugins' folder, I found the 'WebUIPlugin' folder.
5. I moved this to my desktop.
6. I restarted Mobile Partner - no more 522.

Every users are facing the same drawbacks. Monthly once the website huaweidevice.co.in goes wrong and we cannot use the huawei modem properly. If this occurs repeatedly every huawei user will Switch to other USB Modems. Kindly make the website "huaweidevice.co.in" to live version every day and every second.

On 5th jan. 2015 we recieve handset of your company HUAWEI honor 6 H60-L04 . our sim card got suddenly locked and now it is not getting unlock. please sugggest a correct way to unblock our sim to run it comfortably. plaese reply as early as possible.

Respected sir,
I have recently purchased the above mentioned device and tried to establish a WiFi network at my home, but I couldn't....I am using an Airtel SIM to do so....and the device is not registering itself to the network. The status shows..."Connection - disconnected". Inspite of using an Airtel SIM it receives vodafone, idea, and at times bsnl's network. How do I fix it? Keen to receive a reply.

Sir I have install propely Huawei E 3531 Data Card all system work properly Eg. cal,sms etc. but Internet connection not work any sim like Docomo, airtel please help me.

When are you providing lollipop v5.0 official update for Huawei Honor Holly HOL-U19? The mobile is best but I want lollipop for this phone. And Plz Replay On My E-mail.

I purchased huawei honor 6 (H60L04) on 4 may 2015. i lost my charger and i want new huawai charger. i called customer care number given by company on mobile box , they give no. and address of gera telecom, sgnr, rajasthan. But on given address, dealer ask me to order or request a file for new charger. i filed but no results seen. i waited from last 1 month. please, solve my problem as soon as possible. i would be very thankful to you.

Sir i am nt happy with ur handset. I am facing lot of problems.. like hanging, Over heat. And i had contact ur service center gulbarga. Rudra service center gulbarga. They told me that software is not instald in ur handset. I contact both flipkart n huawei customer care... plz help 9538188289

I purchased Huawei Honor T1 Tablet from Flipkart on 21.10.2014 (Invoice attached) with IMEI No. 864505020805043. There is a problem with the display of the tablet and as the product is in warranty, I went to the authorized service center in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi (Technocare) to get it repaired.

However, they refused to repair it without the Serial Number which is written on the brand box which I have misplaced. Note that I have provided the IMEI Number and the Invoice yet they refuse to repair it. Kindly provide the SL no. of the product or otherwise give directions for its repair without it. Urgent Action may be taken in this regard.

I am not getting the signal when i insert the sim card and i do not get the headset with the parcel. what to i do?
