No information was given about bus cancellation
I had bought a bus ticket 20 minutes earlier, and the bus time had passed. After waiting for a long time, when the bus didn't arrive, I went to inquire and was told that the bus was canceled. No one was informing the waiting passengers, so they should at least make an announcement. This way, people's time is wasted, yet no one seems to care.
Didnt travel by bus
The time of arrival of the bus was 7:20. The bus arrived before the time or we went without taking the bus please refund my ticket amount. Pls send me SMS for how many days will I get the refund of my ticket.
Complaint regarding deficiency of service and request for refund
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with GSRTC bus service. My bus, scheduled for 12th June, was cancelled, and I am yet to receive a refund for my ticket. The details of my booking are as follows:
Journey Date: 12th June
Route: Idar to Baroda Central Bus Station
Ticket Price: ₹181
Additionally, I had another booking made on 16th June for two persons traveling from Rajkot to Dhangadra. This trip was cancelled due to a bad weather, and I have not received a refund for this booking either. The details of the booking are:
Journey Date: 16th June
Route: Rajkot to Dhrangadhra
Number of Passengers: 2
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I have not received any satisfactory resolution or notification regarding the status of my refunds. This lack of service and communication is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to kindly speed up the process and send my refunds for both the cancelled journeys at the earliest.
