I have taken the treatment from your Shanker Vihar , Vikas Marg Delhi. On starting Dr. Pallavi is consult me, I was satisfy with their treatment but she left your clinic. Then Dr. Yukti is done one session to me but I am not satisfy with her work. Again your in-charge is advised me Dr. Siddhartha, I have start the treatment but now they are not available. kindly look this matter, I am waiting for your reply.

I am a very old customers of your clinic & have been taking various therapies from time to time. Last I had undertaken Thermage therapy in February 2016 & PRP therapy (Two Sittings) in May- June 2016. But there is hardly any visual sign of this therapy till now.The skin looks as it use to look before this therapy.Kindly let me know the reason & remedy for this.

I paid 30000 Rs in kaya for my laser hair removal treatment. I was told that that there will be 80 percent hair reduction on my face in 6 sessions. There was some impact in first two sessions and the service provided in the first 3 sessions was good. However after that i was completely neglected. I did speak with the doctor and told her that there is no reduction, instead i have started getting even thicker hair due to razer to shave off the hair. But this was completely neglected. In my second last session i was given very high rating because of which i started getting pimples on my face however there was no hair reduction yet.

In my last session i told doctor that i the treatment has not reduced the hair growth or density, instead has increased the hair growth. She then gave me a double pass of laser with considerably lower ratings. this was something they should have done for all the sessions. but they simply ignored it after extorting money. Also since there was no painless laser treatment available in borivali west branch of kaya. i was not informed initially about it. this is cheating. also in my last session the doctor told me that if the hair growth is not reduced i will be called again, however after june i was never called by them to check if there is any improvement.

i want either kaya to return my money or treat me to get back to myself as i was before the treatment as my face is full of painful pimples and thick and dark hair.

i have been suggested chemical peels for acne and post acne pigmentation by Dr Saka Satya prasad from vishakapatnam branch. on the second session my face was burnt. second degree burn of size 2cm in diameter. since i am a doctor, i understood and asked for a remedy, but the doctor s response was too arrogant and unacceptable. he said he cant do anything about it and i have to leave it like that. he said things like inner beauty is important and not to bother about the mark which sounded so lame coming from a dermatologist.

i tried to lodge the complaint by calling cutomer care but they have not responded back.

I am customer at Kaya Vashi branch sector One. I should tell that they a very unprofessional culture they do not respond to calls. Neither they have that courtesy to call back. The doctor claims that hair removal results are not there since the sessions are not regular.

How could one come for the sessions
if u need to call these guys whole day and do not get a respond at end

I must say Kaya should pay attention to improve its work culture then only it will be able to deliver results.

As of now its a total waste of money for all.

I would like to talk about my kaya (pusa road) experience. First I was sweet talked by their therapist to get an appointment for laser for my face as they were having "discounted days" and wanted me to be benefited from it (Which was clearly not their motive). During the time of payment they forced me to pay the money before starting the treatment by saying it’s their "policy". I had to convince my father to make payment because they could not even wait till the day of my first sitting. At FIRST day they did not even bothered to consult a doctor for my session to which they tried to compensate with a complementary sitting after they had a heated conversation with my mother.

With every sitting my therapist changed even the doctor due to which they could not keep an account of frequency they have been using. And now because of their negligence my condition has become worse. The laser caused more stimulation due to which I got hair in the areas I did not had before and now have to embarrass myself on social media so that I could show the true face of kaya clinic. With all my reports normal and normal hormonal balance they blame me that I might have some problem and again try to compensate their negligence by providing me more sessions.

Now it’s been 6 sessions and the condition is such that I cannot trust my face with them so not willing to take additional sittings. But I cannot let them go like this as I don’t want to splurge my money just like that. I want some action to be taken against them so that others could not suffer like me after all it’s a very sensitive issue for a girl to which they take advantage off. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO CHOOSE KAYA. you can also check out kaya reviews on google which have the same story to tell. I have proof of pictures and reports and is willing to take a legal action.

The beauticians/staff of kaya clinic should know how to behave with the customer. Clinic staff must have that much sense of how to behave with someone. Highly disappointed with the misbehaviour of the beautician. Strict actions should be taken for this. I will think twice before opting for any services from kaya in future. And will not recommend to any one.

I am getting married and i opted peeling and did almost 5 sessions of tca peel. i not even feel 1% difference and also ut has become worst. i want a solution i have paid 57k and i dont find any difference. I am disappointed, i want a solution as soon as possible. i went today to kaya and came back without anything done.

Kaya is a big time cheat. We all should come together and complaint in the consumer forum.

I need a solution immediately. I have paid money and i am not having any change at all. I dont want my money to be wasted and also my time. I need a response.

I have taken only 6 sittings of underarm and paid for 8 sittings. two sittings were still remaining, and this was reflected in my account but the manager now says I have exhausted all my sittings. Kindly restore two more sittings which I have paid for, in himayatnagar Hyderabad branch. further,I booked appointment on 3-9-17 but when I went there I was informed that being Saturday it was busy, and thus my 525 points which I wanted to utilize got deleted. I had started with Kaya, Pitampura since may 2017 n paid 45,000 for complete package which included chemical peels n all for clear n better skin. But they not only they denied to give complete sessions but also made my face more worse than before. My face has turned so ugly plss either increase my sessions to repair my face or refund my payment.

Hi I’m very old customer of Kaya. I bought this pain free underarm laser treatment package (when there were no time limit for availing it) after availing 4 sessions, whenever I use to go to avail next they use to say that you don’t require it now..... meanwhile I bought other packages and availed it. Thought I can avail it any time....... in March Kaya Vasantkunj people told me that it got lapsed... which is not correct. It was not me who doesn’t want to avail it...... my two sessions are still remaining (which as per your new policy have got lapsed).

I never get appointment, all the time they say its fully booked. They never tried to get good service as we are not their clinic client and very difficulty they give one body part. How many times run for complete body.

I was given a false appointment to visit a Dermatologist today at 1:30pm at Kaya Clinic Alipore. I was reminded of my aptmnt at regular intervals. I got clear msg from Kaya in the morning abt my apptmnt. As I visited the clinic I was told dermatologist is not avlbl today.It was really disappointing to see such ethics from Kaya.I trusted the brand and covered nearly 250kms to make a visit..Thnx Kaya Clinic Alipore for the harassment u caused me. I am a customer of Kaya skin clinic Punjabi bagh branch, new Delhi from last 20 months.

I have already redeemed my full body package and now I have started availing maintenance sessions.
At my 7th session I called the branch for appointment through Cutera they said that their machine is not working and will take 10 days to be back to normal . As I had to go to a close function I asked them if I have any other option to avail the service soon. They said yes I can take from any of their branches. So I decided to go to kohat enclave branch. Their I took Face , Arms , Under Arms after approximately 3 months gap and Bikini after 5 months gap.

But this time I got my hair back on every part before my expected time gap like within one month from the session.

I went to home branch with complaint they said you will have to complain at the branch where u avaied that service.....then again I went to kohat branch and tell them whole problem. They approached me to the doctors room and their doctor said sorry mam we can't do anything thing about this as in our protocol you will have to complain within 15 days of service..which I was not told anytime before.

I requested doctor that it's not my fault you yourself see that I usually have 3 month gap in the services but this time not even 30 days. She said mam it might be a problem from your side and yes If you were a kohat branch customer I would have done by watching your previous record and as I don't know your previous record so can't do anything.

Now please tell me what should I do now. It's not a rupees thing I have paid in thousands to avail good services and now when it's time for me to be almost free from body hair, it's going back.

In short now I want you to please repeat my service without availing my session as my home branch staff knows I am their regular client and I have never faced these kind of issues before. According to me it might be a fault from your staff or may be your machine.

So it's my humble request to you to please look into the matter and help me avail repeat maintenance.

I had booked the package for Underarm laser treatment on 7th dec 2019. But due to some reason i dont want to for this procedure, my sitting not yet started even single session. i called up to Kaya clinic and request them to transfer my service for my husband/son. They simply refused me.and told me service is Booked Under your name can't be transferred. If it's there policy thy suppose to mention on the bill. I am not asking the refund only wants to convert It to my other family member. I request kaya team to look Forward for this matter.

I am taking hair removal treatment with kaya since 1.5yrs, and not getting any result even results are negative, there is no reduction of hair, almost 10 to 11 sessions I had taken on each body part. In short now I want you to repeat my service without availing my session as my home branch staff knows I am their regular client. According to me it might be a fault from your staff or may be your machine.

Hi,
I had gone to Kaya again after a long time today. Have taken the laser for hair reduction in chin since 2008, then 2010 and maintenance in 2014 too! However the situation has reoccurred in a smaller area below the chin hence I paid a visit today. It was surprising that this time the receptionist shared the pricing as chin+ neck though the area affected was nowhere near the neck. Despite my arguing and asking for senior intervention she was reluctant to any further reasoning.What kind of cheating is this? Not expected from a company like MARICO? Does the management know? It is important to expose such cheating by these so called big companies!

I visited at kaya Punjabi bagh for my pigmentation problem, kaya doctor suggest me peel & Q switch sessions (6 each) total 12 session, i told the doctor that i m not available after 1 n half month, i m available in India only for 1 month how do you complete all the sessions, Doctor said to me don't worry it will be complete, but i m didn't get my all 12 sessions i m paying approx 40k for services. I would like to bring to you notice that I have availing laser services firstly from your kamla nagar branch and then you guys shifted to civil lines unit, Delhi for the last 8 years .

Agony and frustrating experience started from March 2020 i.e initially services were closed due to lock down COVID which is well understood. However since lock down has been lifted - have got to know that Civil lines unit has also been closed probably reason known best to you but ideally customer should have been informed not like customer is chasing you with all the possible contact numbers available and all of them being switched off or not available; knowing that you have taken advance to the extent we dont even keep a track record of payments being made to you as that's the first thing you guys do take all the payments in advance.

After too much of follow up finally received one text which says clinic has been transferred now or merged to new location i.e. Pitampura; however even if you have decided for any changes customer benefit should have been first kept in mind as you are into customer service industry but your this branch they have their own issues for slots and services.

To be specific :
I have my 13 unused sessions of laser which I was well aware of which even your people confirmed; when I visited your civil lines unit in feb your staff name Tonrin and the unit manager there i missed her name as tonrin only does all my sessions mostly they confirmed my package is getting expired so for my next appointment they took OTP for my 4 body parts on the same day and confirmed that they will book the appoitment for all those 4 parts and I don't have to then provide them with any other OTP at that time of availing my sessions and this used to happen most of the times as I only take my sessions on weekends which is very hard to book. Then because of lockdown and your staff of pitampura as they don't know us now they says we can only provide sessions for your balance 13 parts which is not acceptable. Its the hard earn money which we give to you guys and because now you have changed the satff doesn't mean that we will loose our sessions best known to you how much costly one session cost us.

In short I want my 4 sessions body parts and my 13 left over sessions too added for my account. Secondly I have recently in jan 2020 paid Rs 15000 for 8 facials luckily for which I have the bills also available with me. Had it been the same civil lines unit and staff I would have got that settled as they know the client and are well aware about the billings and sessions as they have been working with them since long.

Request your intervention and also suggest to put a word to your running units to be a little sensitive towards the customer instead of outrightly refusing for the services; which customer has already paid for.

I have not been notified or conveyed regarding any blocking or expiry of the sessions. I would like to avail it now on urgent basis as my international travel is planned soon. Request you to unfreeze/Unblock at earliest.
