Yesterday I had visited NSP branch and as usual there was huge rush obviously Sunday and festive season. I tried to buy / ask for Wheat 30 kg bag and as usual the employee asked me to bring trolly so that he could put the bag and I can take. However I showed that how it could be possible in this rush when there is so rush so if you could arrange to the counter that would be helpful. Even during this conversation 3-4 customers asked to have wheat bag and he replied same to all and no one raised issue but avoided to buy wheat. I raised the concern thru proper channel till the floor officer but he said we cant help in this so better customer should arrange the trolly till godown (where they can pass on the wheat bag on trolly, FYI.. people were hunting for trolly also because there was much rush and almost all the trolly were occupied) Keeping all the situation in mind nobody bothered / interested from your shop / mall to sell the wheat or any such big grocery items unless customer arrange the trolly. I even suggested better to keep sign board that in today you are not selling such items that’s it. But you people were not ready to do that also. Keeping all the things in mind .. major issue was space issue so you could skip those items in your sales target if you failed to serve. I am very much disappointed the way I got standard reply ( it was not insult for me) we cant say we are not selling such items ( but people are coming for the grocery also and failed to buy.. this is not good thing).
I know this suggestion has no value because what I got the answer from all your buddies.. “ you are right we are helpless,” they could see customer is going without taking what he came for and you are ok with it. Because your employees are appointed for 9 to 5 job, has no concern, not bothered for the service.
I know your have more number of customers and now I have also option for other grocery store and same I did it in the evening in other mall (surprisingly I realized few of the things were more cheaper than your store). I had also seen many of the wastages where your person keeping no eyes on loose materials, it angers me, really very much despair day yesterday was.
I just expressed my views.. now the ball is on your court. But still hope for the best but also same time i am ready for the worst.
