Service issue
Sir I am Mr SANTOSH KUMAR BEHERA .I am a account holder in your KANIHA branch,dist-angul, state-odisha. My account no -15192191006922, IFSC-ORBC0101519,MICR CODE-759022.
My mobile no is not working I want to know my account balance in my obc account, I will be go home branch to inquire my balance.with the bank passbook. But my home branch KANIHA, bank security restricted me out of the branch main gate ,and i want to be meet branch manager..but the security not allowed me in the branch... And last ,the manager come out and he said he don't inquiry any balance details.... And again the manager and security restricted me in the branch.
Any once please tell me what can i do..?
Poor customer support, RAG team should be obsolete
I have a home loan at Rajarhat Branch (Chinar Park Brunch), I have applied for revision of repayment tenure more than 3 months. But, till date bank neither replied in my mail nor revised my repayment tenure as per my application. Simply 3rd class customer support team. It seems the entire RAG team is in "ISOLATION". I have seen most worst RAG & Customer Support Banking team ever. I will not invest through OBC(now PNB) further.
Can't login mpay obc
I forgot my mpin. i again try to download the app but not downloading and no contact on your customer service.
Inactive account
I Rishi mishra open a account in obc salkia branch on 5th of this month and kyc done on 8th of this month. The time of opening an account they assure me it will take 3 days working time now it's more than 1 and 1/2 week still my account is inactive. Now obc staff saying it will take a month to active my account. This is how obc bank work????
Request to please close Atal pension yojna service
Dear Sir,
There are debiting Atal pention yojana's money from my account 269 rupees. I want to close it and also return my total debited money back.I cant visit branch for it because i am out of city.

सर निवेदन है कि आज दोपहर में ४.३० बजे बैंक में जाकर अमाउंट जमा करने के लिए गया लेकिन बैंक कर्मचारी द्वारा अमाउंट नहीं लिया गया और कहा गया कि बैंक बंद हो चूका हे अतः मुझे इसकी जानकारी दे कि बैंक में डिपाजिट ५ बजे टॉक होता हे तो ओरिएण्टल बैंक द्वारा अमाउंट क्यों नहीं लिया गया अन्यथा में सेवा में कमी के लिए न्यायालीन कार्यवाही हेतु स्वतंत्र रहूंगी
No solution pnb one app
Dear sir, my account is with oriental bank of commerce branch cheeka disst kaithal state haryana. my mpay app has not been running for several day. i have been circling the bank for 2 day, bank staff tell me to come after seven to eight days. plz sir, solve my problem as soon as possible.

I come to branch many times but my account restart very late process. At present I live in chandkheda and I am come to prahladnagar on rare chance. so I suggest my account will be start please.
Online payment
I made my payment online for medicine but the shopkeeper decline the payment. on the other hand the payment deduct from my account . Neither i receive this payment nor the shopkeeper. Please return my payment in my account as soon as possible.

My name is Archit Pandey I have a issue with my ongoing policy in OBC Bank my home branch is greater noida knowledge park 2 india expo mart. the issue is whenever I go there the staffs says that the staff of this department is absent. today you can come tomorrow or tomorrow and i have been go there 4 times but my work is not even in process till now. pls tell me what can I do know?

Dear Sir,
As my mother died in Feb'21 and i submitted the documents for "PMJJBY" in March'21 and then they lost the documents. Again i gave them in july'1rst week and making continuous follow up for the payment (PMJJBY) and account closing of my mother.. but she always giving me the time. She said it will be done internally and from last 1 month I m making follow up telling her about my condition.
Its like that i m begging for my money and feeling like harassed. Please try to help.
