Poor customer service
There are so many problems with kevin
1) bad product given which is not working in its 1st month of purchase.
2) trying to connect with customer care is so difficult.
3) if you luckily get connected then there service is very poor.

Fire Stick issue
On this date 10th Aug i called for the support, they did not respond properly i did not got any solution. Actually i am facing issue connecting Amazon fire stick. So i got reply that they do not have any solution for that. TV is good but when are try to connect any other devices it wont work. Service part is worst, better to go with other brand.
Remote problem
Remote kharab ho gya hai.
Sleep mode
My tv is on sleep mode and remote ain't working. Unable to find a remote in the Market for Kevin. Tv is useless without remote.
