I had bought a pair sandals from your store in Delhi Shaheen Bagh G-40 Abul Faza Enclave part 2 Shaheen Bagh. While purchasing it the salesman promised that the tightness of strap shall go with usage. I waited for a week and kept on using the piece, but couldn’t find the difference, later the store asked me to leave it with them for repair. After a constant follow up the pair was returned to me with no difference yet again. I request you to please return and refund me the purchase amount and find the attached pictures of my foot due to this pair and the purchase bill.

I bought a pair of shoes from the near by woodland showroom 2 months ago.its got damage within 30 days. shop keepers also not repaired well and so many time I called customer care there is no proper responce. I'm so disappointed about your quality. This is my first and last purchase from woodland. I'm going to share this to all my Facebook friends and make sure that no one is going to be in your trap.

I have purchased a woodland shoes from paytm but it was totally gone in bad condition after some months. I have also invoice of this pair of shoes. please check the problem and resolve it.

Bering a woodland footwear user I have purchased a shoe [ for Men shoe GC 1120111Y15,DENIM,43 ] on 15.11.2019 fro M/s J.Boseek &Company , Kolkata,15/7 J.L.Nehru Rd. Grand Hotel Arcade , Esplanade,West Bengal [Bill no. 201919E001C05445 dt.15.11.2019].

On 18.11.2019 I went to Bangkok wearing that shoe .Astonishingly after reaching I found that both the shoelaces had been torn. After returning , I went to the said shop for searching of shoelaces. But there was no such lace available though they informed me that it would be purchased from them. Later , my wife went there two times and even in the woodland showroom at Lindsey Street, kolkata but all in vain.

The shoe has been lying kept at my home lace-lessly and uselessly. This is shaming me. Now I am requesting you to provide a pair of shoelace for that model [in your version "new arrival'] as I can use that, Awaiting for your response.

I'm extremely unhappy by this issue, about the quality of the Product as Woodland as the shoe sole has cracked from One Side, and the shop too is not in existence at the place. I went to another outlet on Agra Road Kalyan and checked with the Manager at the Store and showed him the problem, he said that i wont be able to help you, you can contact directly. If an outlet of such repute (Branded Products)can give such answers so i doubt what service we can expect, from Woodland or its Agencies allocated by them.

Hope action is taken and response is given with proper clarification at the earliest.

I have purchased (Bill No. 202206N052001993) Woodland FWR MEN SHOE G 4092Y15, KHAKI, 41 model shoes dated 05.09.2022 from Aero Club, Sonipat, Haryana (GSTIN No. 06AAFFA1550L1ZR). The sole of the shoe broke on 19.02.2023, for which I paid Rs.600 for the repair of the same. After this, in the month of April, 2023, the stitching of the upper part of the shoe tear off and I have to contact the woodland showroom again for the stitching of that part again. Now in July, 2023 the shoe stitching has opened again. Woodland shoes are known for being rough and tough. My nature of work is not such that there may be any possibility of damages to the shoes. I am working as a Private Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. When I contact the woodland company for repair purpose it usually takes approximately 20-25 days. I purchased these shoes from the company with the impression that it’s a world renowned company in shoe making. But now I am tired of purchased shoes. I would like to make a humble request to replace these shoes.
