Roadside Assistance services not good by mahindra rsa team. They did not come in on time and when come he not drop out vehicle at proper location. not support proper.

i had given my XUV-300 for 80000 km service in the month of march 2023 and came to know that there is some steering rack related issue which needs to be replace and cost estimate was of approx. 20000 detailing further came to know that it is under warranty coverage and hence will be replaced free of cost. now due to non availability of part it was told that it will be replaced on receipt of material the part came almost 25 days after the order placed from the service provider M/s Mega auto-- bharuch --Gujarat --India and that i asked to keep the vehicle for replacement but due to ramazan the service center was running with shortage of technicians and suggested to put my car after ramzan festival y'day i:e on 01.05.23 i kept my vehicle and now service depart is telling my warranty period has expired on 24.04.23. hence we can to repair free of cost without approval from warranty department.

i want to take these to consumer court pls help my car details.

We have complained many times that the tail light of the rear left side of our car is not working but they are not taking our complaint seriously and are not even telling us how long it will be resolved.

Is this why we put hard money in the xuv 700 so that we have to go through all this trouble

We were very disappointed, our hard money was lost 23 lakhs by taking Mahindra company car.
So far our problem has not been solved, now you tell us, can we tell someone else, you also buy a Mahindra car.

Subject: Dissatisfaction with unprofessional approach of M&M Automobile
Dear Mahindra & Mahindra Customer Care,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your services, specifically in regards to a recent quotation I received from your dealer PARAM WHEEL LLP ( Makarpura, Vadodara ).

On 15th July 2023, I was provided a quotation for the XUV700 AX7 PETROL WHITE at the cost of INR 23,19,858. I was pleased with this offer and, trusting your organisation's commitment to customer satisfaction, I made an advance payment of INR 11,000 via UPI on the same day. The attached documents supporting this transaction can be found in the enclosed file.

To my surprise, on the day of the delivery, 21st July 2023, I was presented with a new quotation amounting to INR 25,18,645. The Manager at PARAM WHEEL LLP, Mr. Kunal Shah, informed me that there had been a mistake made by Mr. Azaz in the original quotation.

This unexpected increase in the quotation price and the unprofessional handling of the situation has left me deeply disappointed. I intended to gift this vehicle to my husband for his birthday on the 26th of July, and this has led to significant emotional stress.

I am looking forward to receiving the vehicle at the originally quoted price, in line with the initial agreement I had with your dealership. I trust that Mahindra & Mahindra, being a reputed brand, will look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.
