Tv is not showing my network but others it's showing and I have restored the system but it doesn't connect to network. If I try with hotspot it shows connect lan.. wifi symbol is always disabled.

This is too with the concern of my TV which is in warranty and it is been 16 days and still repair is not done. Customer care is just making false commitment that mother board is not delivered yet from Gurgaon to Noida in 16 days. Is this the service you are providing to customers?
