As I am premium customer of make my trip and I always do booking by the site of make my trip but this month as i had done 5 bookings and all my coupons got finished. Refund of my money deducted
Hello there,
I have booked my flight from Cochin (kerala) to Sydney (Australia) on 27/10/2021. A sum of ₹1,14,177 was deducted from my account. But I didn’t received any confirmation of my travel till this time from makemytrip and I really worry about the status of my flight booking. Please send me the travel details of my booking to this e-mail ASAP else refund my money ASAP.
Refund of extra baggage
Dear Sir/Madam,
We had booked a ticket, Bangalore to Chennai for 21-02-2022 (6E 541-PNR No:XPKD2Q - Seat 1F, Seq 001) Name of the Pax: SRIKANTH SRINIVASAN, and we had taken additional 10 Kgs extra Baggage as we have an onward flight from Chennai to Singapore.
While boarding at Bangalore Airport on weighing our luggage it was less than 15 Kgs and the staff at the counter informed that we could claim for refund for the additional baggage we had paid as we did not have extra luggage/baggage.
Please instruct concerned to refund the amount paid towards Extra Baggage.

Request for refund of money paid double time
Sir,
1. The undersigned booked the cab/taxi from I-Wing Palawa City to Mumbai Airport on 29 May 23 vide booking ID NC79685336862689. Car Driver Mr Santosh Kumar having vehicle no MH04GD7367 came to pick us. The car driver dropped us to the Mumbai Airport, and on his mobile application showed Rs 950/- as fare which I paid in cash. Later on I realised that the amount of Rs 1201 for the journey was already paid to MMT. On 30 May 23, the matter was reported to your office through customer care. The representative of your office told that she would take me to conference with the driver on mobile for the matter, as I did not had any proof of Rs 950/- which I paid in cash to the driver. Till date no response from your office has been received.
2. In view of the above, it is requested that the amount of Rs 950/- which was paid in cash by mistake may please be refunded to me at the earliest after enquiry with the driver Mr Santosh Kumar.
