Jio Mart never return refund after returned order. customer care service is very dull.

I gave my order in jio mart 27-feb but still 14-march no any products delivered in mention place.. Customer care person not good response for me and gave local Eccon express courier person number for check my details. Econ courier person also not handle reputability and said call to Jiomart costumer care person. After 17 days Jiomart not refund my amount debited by debit card

so what do i do? i call direct Mr. Ambani for that misbehavior by jiomart online shopping system. I suggested all please do not send any order in jiomart.

Jio mart customer care service is bad. Not solution my complain after 7day. Not supported customer care.

I have ordered Crazyon boys multicolored Tshirt and shorts pack of 5 pairs on 12 March 2023, but I got only one pair on 17 March 2023, order number (16786107513631235068J). I have complaint on 17 March 2023 n again complaint for refund on 19 March 2023 but no response from the supplier n jio Mart they have cheated a customer.

This is my first time electronic purchase experience This experience was very Bad experience with Jio Mart Shopping. My Return request still pending since 19th April 2023. I have put mail to customer care 40 mails within 40 Days but all waste.

Worst customer service by Indian's richest family. Shame On Jio. For 175 Rupees I had to make soo much mails, calls, online visits just so that I can get my refund.

The products one side of earphone is defected.
