Teachnical problem in headphone i visit LUCKNOW, Hazratganj, shree ram tower situated vivo service center. my problem is not solved.

I invested RS.110000 and the e-mail which was engaged was Vcare@vivoglobal.com.

And now the company is saying that this mail Id is not ours??? The call centre is providing e-mail Id and when we have processed towards its and then the company saying that you have been fraudulent. I cannot understand I got a timely message and mail from the company and now when I inspected this things then the company is saying that you have been fraudulent. So I will raise this issue to a top level..

i was going out of station and suddenly i got software problem with my phone, so I went to Vivo service center (Badlapur). I found so fast service there they solved my phone problem without erasing any data and I got my phone within half & hour. service was so good.

service center side no help. then i have idea, i buy new handset samsung company. i am relieved samsung service center is much better than vivo service center. customer support is very fast service but no support from vivo.
