Invalid login issue
I have emailed and called the helpline more than 8-9 times but since last 4 days, I am getting "invalid login" error even when I enter the right OTP. Is this happening as I complained about the following practices of your store/delivery agent?
1. Asking for OTP in the morning and delivering in the evening to save petrol.
2. Sending rotten veggies and fruits.
3. Leaking others' address/phone numbers by sending invoices with someone else invoice details on the back side.

i have purchased Samsung watch from jiomart and i received it on22-1-23 but as i was out side city i open box of watch on 25-1-23 and it was damaged so i put request of exchanged but on 26 i got msg that your request is rejected for the reson that only exchange is allowed before 24 hour. sir plz help me.
Damage product
I got damage product and I raised complained and called from jio mart and asked about packing and I replied that packing is ok but product is damaged then call is cut from jio mart and my return is rejected, i also raised complained thrice and last complained id no 674287893962 and I don't get any solution after 15 days.

I have delivered a kurti from jiomart....and I received a wrong and defected product..the kurti was torn from one side...I'm very disappointed with the wrong product that you have delivered to me. My two previous orders were not supplied by Jio Mart. Now, again I ordered on 19.05.2023. Every day the next date is shown as delivery date i.e. on May 20, 2023 the date of delivery is shown 21.05.2023, on 21.5.2023 the delivery date is shown 22.5.2023 this is being repeated till date.
