I have made the payment and it was not successful. Them amount was supposed to be reversed within 6days!. When can I expect the reverse of transaction?. I have also lodged a complaint.. complaint id-422089.

I gave a letter to change my mobile number. it passed 4 days and I have no reply from the bank.

My father was visited Karnataka bank bc road branch, after that he told me his bad experience of bc road branch. my father was uneducated, in there no one could not informed about his transaction and not inform about the maintaining minimum balance and deduct the 4000 RS. he lost his money but no one care about customer. he was since 2006 customer of Karnataka bank he told me to close the account of Karnataka bank, tomorrow he decided to close the account. thank you for bad service.

I had paid the current bill to HESCOM on july 21st 2020. Money was deducted from bank. I got the transaction details also. But as in HESCOM july month bill was not paid. What can i do with this problem? Do reply
