Last order with you Myntra. Don't deserve to be in market where flipkart & Amazon are serving with best customer experience.

I am Sourabh saxena and I have purchase from Myntra app the products hush puppies shoes and pay online but product was wrong delivered. I am complaining since two month more than forty time but no result so please suggest me that my will sortout or not after to approved my approval.

This type of working by your Myntra team is not proper and I want that my patience for this is not taking any effect all of Myntra team. So I am requesting to “mrs.SINHA MAM THE CEO OF MYNTRA” please help me and guide your Myntra team poor performance for public dealing.

Really disappointing with Myntra...even after picking up the item, no refund.. no info, Not when you complain, without any inquiry issues are resolved from there side. Really pathetic..it's downfall has started.

Have purchased a tissot watch, which didn't fit well to me, same day I have created the return request and it was accepted, for my surprise no one came to pick it up, later to this I had called the myntra customer service they convinced me to self shipped the product that too after I contacted them. I also self shipped the product on the address provided by the myntra with the tracking ID B11052145, But again the shipping failed due to non availability of the receiver and refused to take delivery by the myntra team.

Can anyone help me in this case to get my refund which is pending since a month?

1. They delivered the wrong size
2. Delivery was late
3. When I put the delivery in exchange again the delivery was late for the pick up
4. The agent came and check the product and had taken it from me
5. Then ,after complaining for so long finally the delivery boy came with the exchange product and was asking for the product which they have already taken it from me . hence, they do not give me the product at last .
6Then, I asked him to atleast cancel the order so that I can have my money back but he said I did it but he didn't.
7. Then, when I again check hi order it was showing " re- delivery will be scheduled again" that means it was not cancelled
8.then, I try to contact in Myntra in chats so they were at the verge of ending the conversation every time I try to reach them.
9. Then again I tried to contact in calls so the result was the they put me hold for more than 25 minutes.
10. Hence, not even having the money not the product.

Now, again the time has came to go back to the old school shopping strategies as we are ordering it online to save the time and energy but this type of incidents when happens it takes time more the of 1 month and stress is added along with it.

Change the CEO of Myntra , he is unable to do his work properly. Every day I get message of refund is processed but I haven't received it yet. I have installed the myntra aap and never going to order something from there. So plz stop messaging me.

I have ordered four sarees from Myntra of Chhabra 555. Out of them, 2 sarees were different from what I ordered. On the same day, I raise the issue. They have not asked for any images and have just declined the request. I called again to re-investigate. Again, without checking what I had received, they just declined. I share all of my images with a brand and a price tag. But they are not ready to accept that they delivered an incorrect product. I've been talking to them for four days, but instead of apologizing, they refuse to understand my problem. I am a frequent Myntra customer and used to do shopping worth around 10K per month. This time, I spent around 20,000 on products.

Can anyone please help me to return the wrong products that I have received?

battery problem duplicate product

I have purchased Louis Philippie sweatshirt navy blue with tingy grey. They delivered me product without logo print and now not accepting my return request .The product is with tag with proper packaging and invoice still they are not accepting their mistake. How a log printing mistake can be done by customer.

Very inappropriate and inexperienced customer support team myntra have. They can not find solution to my problem. They just say sorry or cut your phone call ..My cash has gone for the wrong product.

Why myntra fails to refund the customer amount on time?? This i mental harassment and pathetic service.
