Very very bad response. i first called a toll free .they listen to my complaint and told me to call another toll fr no.i called that toll free no.waited for long time al.answer all executives are busy. Is this emergency road assistance for an xuv 500 w8 owner.also ⁷after collecting my details no response from mahindra. very very disappointed. I was to travel for a meeting urgently.

I had a great trouble. My car broke down in between of nowhere and my car was towed to a service centre which was closed and there was no one to receive my car. I was unaware of the place and was roaming on the road. had a very bad experience.

My Mahindra xuv 500 bearing no ka06n3754 was replaced clutch plates in nov 2022 at honnasiri Mahindra service in Tumkur. Today the clutch is not operational and struck within 2 months. On complaint to honnasiri Mahindra service over phone,the response is very bad .Vehicle is not moving and I am in Bangalore.
Requested for RSA.

Whats the point of having road side assistance when customer care doesn't responds on timely manner to call for help. I was stuck on an highway for hours before i got any help and my vehicle was towed. What if i was stranded in a middle of a jungle...? This is very irresponsible of Mahindra.

I am very upset with the RSA service provided by mahindra company. When I was ready to pay extra charge to drop my vehicle to my location and after all the clear talk with senior person of mahindra RSA than too they took my vehicle to other place.
