Fraud company
There are so many negative remarks against blue dart but they are useless, illiterate, crocodile skin don't want to improve themselves harassing customers like anything I have had the worst torturous experience from blue dart and no customer support available showing so much of disgusting attitude and passing fake delivery attempt messages and annoying behaviors of delivery agents I ordered a product from Caratlane and I had to go through the trauma I had a very bad experience from blue dart I'm never in my future gonna order online I'm complaining against the higher authorities this company should better shut down.
Worst courier service
The worst courier service, they have very late service, i think most of the products they store at HUB itself.

Non delivery and wrong update
My Citi Bank Card was sent by Citi Bank through Blue Dart Courier on 7-09-2019 but I did nor recieved the same yet. The Delivery Boy never visited on me given address and update mentioned no such person on the given address. I want to request all banks and others associated to dont sent courier via BLUE DART as they are very irresponsible and their customer care is worst in the India dont attend call as well.
Undelivered shipment
My Parcel didn't arrived at me and how can i change the location of my delivery address. Reply on this comment otherwise i will take a strict against you.
Failed delivery
Hi , My tracking ID is 37086769005 . I have received an SMS that the attempt of the delivery is failed however no one contacted to me or called to my number hence I would request you please help me to get the product and one thing which is confusing why that delivery boy placed the comments when he didn't contract to me. It's a worst service which caused customer harassment. I hope someone will read the email and will take appropriate action.

Worst experience
I have ordered something from Apple.. The delivery date was 3rd february... But these people are so cunning.. they intentionally put that the pincode is wrong.. I mean is that a joke.. if a parcel traveled from delhi to my city .. how could be the pincode is wrong. now the status is that shipment redirects to the same amb... i don’t know what the fuck is that.. they people are shit.. I spent $1000 for the parcel.. and they are not in mood to deliver my stuff.. rubbish people.

Your employee's language is not good
Hi Sir I am Satish Jadhav Pune. I work in a plant at Cadbury India Limited Talegaon Induri. My HDFC Bank card was expected to reach me today. But your employee Manglesh Garade his mobile number +919284664174 .He came to the gate of the company but did not call me. I asked them why they didn't call me because their language was rude. Since I have a range problem in the company, I have been with them since four o'clock today If he calls me till 7 o'clock, he will continue to lie to me that he will deliver your parcel today. And I told them I didn't have a range in the company. So their language was not good enough to speak to me.If my parcel is not delivered to the address given to me, you will be responsible for it. I have a range problem in the company. This is what he said.thanku sir.
Delivery issues
I have not order any product but i received msg around 9am for delivery but now is 4pm. I received product delivered to chandra kant. How it is possible? i am not chandra kant then how any one be delivered my product to other.

Sub :- He refused me my Confidential Shipment from axis bank / Complaint against the delivery person's worst behaviour/rudely talking.

My shipment from Axis bank and the AWB no is 30916564792, today was the delivery of my shipment, i got a call from the above stated person to collect the shipment from, the way he was talking to me very worst/roudly.
Pls do the needful of the shipment supposed to be received at any cost today else i will be in trouble.
He is not ready / serenity to listen to what I'm trying to tell him to deliver my shipment. And he is instructing me saying that you can make a complaint on me. He rudely told me If you require the shipment you come to collect from the Hub location, I will return the shipment like that.
And Please note that - The same I will share the feedback to Axis bank about the worst behavior of the blue dart courier service shipment delivery part and Refused my Confidential Shipment.
And i will suggest further don't send any shipments thru Blue Dart Courier service, due to above stated in.
Awaiting response from you at the earliest. else i will be in trouble, please do understand my situation.
