From the day we uploaded our all required documents as per DHL KYC, only 4 approved and GST certificate still pending to get approved. What is reason from 18 days it's pending? we are still waiting. 4328820145.

It is regrettable that for a ready made garment couriered from London weighing less than 500gms as a gift to a young boy has been exponentially courier charged with bonded storage and various other unreasonable levies which factually costs much more than the purchase price of the said garment. To add insult to injury, the lady so called c.care executive on tool free line reacting with a deplorable behaviour. & Abruptly snaps the call while I am speaking.. Imagine the arrogance and defying behaviour of these tool free c.care executives. Their high handedness needs to be warned.

I have purchased the item from Mouser. As this item is not available in India so this is shipped from the USA.

Actual cost of the item is 3968 with DHL Delivery charges 1200. Now I got information at the time of delivery that I have to pay 5056 for Custom Duty. As you can see that the duty is approx 120% higher than the actual product cost. As per my understanding 18% GST and 28% Custom Duty will fall upto 2087.

I need clarification for this accountability. I can't bear this much of Custom Duty. Where I have to pay 120% of the product price.

How will anyone like me be able to contribute in the Electronic Sector if this is the case? I will not accept this item if I will have to pay huge custom duty.

I booked a parcel at the Chitradurga office of Blue Dart for delivery at a London address on March 1,2023, 7.00 PM. Till now, the tracking report shows funny details --- in transit.. expected delivery date 3rd March.. (as on 6.3.2023) Customer expect a reliable tracking system.
